一种无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收除雾装置,包括机架、烘缸、烘缸罩、蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管,其主要技术特征是蒸汽出管连接高温热水泵,高温热水泵连接风机、风机连接热交换器,热交换器一端接风管,风管出口接入烘缸罩内。本实用新型回用蒸汽出管的热水,经热交换器的散热片后形成热风,重新通入烘缸罩内,既可重新加热,又可除掉烘缸罩因蒸汽产生的雾气,使烘缸罩内无汗水,纸张表面不会产生瑕疵,提高纸张质量。又利用了冷凝水余热,节约能源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种无纺纸生产设备工序中的烘缸冷凝水余热回收除雾装置。
背景技术
目前在无纺纸原纸或其他纸张生产过程中,都需经过烘缸干燥这一工序,通过烘缸对纸进行烘干处理,一般是利用烘缸内通入蒸汽来加热烘干的。现有技术中,造纸机烘缸加热烘干装置一般由烘缸和烘缸罩构成,在烘缸中心转轴位置安装蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管,蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管伸入到烘缸内。一般回收利用后出来的蒸汽出管内的水温尚有65度左右,如果任其排泄掉,造成水资源的热资源的浪费。而烘缸罩内由于蒸汽滴水会造成纸张表面瑕疵,影响纸的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种能回收利用烘缸冷凝水余热重新进入烘缸内加热除雾的无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收除雾装置。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收除雾装置,包括机架、烘缸、烘缸罩、蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管,其主要技术特征是蒸汽出管连接高温热水泵,高温热水泵连接风机、风机连接热交换器,热交换器一端接风管,风管出口接入烘缸罩内。
本实用新型回用蒸汽出管的热水,经热交换器的散热片后形成热风,重新通入烘缸罩内,既可重新加热,又可除掉烘缸罩因蒸汽产生的雾气,使烘缸罩内无汗水,纸张表面不会产生瑕疵,提高纸张质量。又利用了冷凝水余热,节约能源。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收除雾装置,包括机架1、烘缸2、烘缸罩3、蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管,蒸汽出水总管4连接高温热水泵5,高温热水泵连接风机6、风机连接热交换器4,热交换器一端接风管8,风管出口接入烘缸罩内。蒸汽出水总管内的水经热交换器的散热片转换成热内重新进入烘缸内发挥烘干和除雾作用。

1.一种无纺纸烘缸冷凝水余热回收除雾装置,包括机架、烘缸、烘缸罩、蒸汽进管和蒸汽出管,其特征在于蒸汽出管连接高温热水泵,高温热水泵连接风机、风机连接热交换器,热交换器一端接风管,风管出口接入烘缸罩内。
