本实用新型涉及一种乳酸菌的包埋颗粒,尤指一种以猴头菇菌丝包埋可提升神经生长因子乳酸菌的包埋颗粒。
背景技术
乳酸菌属于益生菌(Probiotics)的一种,乃泛指利用碳水化合物进行发酵,生产多量乳酸的细菌。乳酸菌为原生保健性菌种,功能上来说,是借由附着在宿主的肠道上,而防止病原菌入侵,对宿主有正面效益。目前市面上常见的产品型态为液体、粉体或硬胶囊。其中,由于乳酸菌的产品型态将影响其功效的发挥,故在开发和生产时是扮演重要的一环。
公知的乳酸菌例如中国台湾发明专利公告第587098号,公开一种增进免疫能力的乳酸菌,包含刺激免疫性浓度的下列任一或多种生物性纯培养物:鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001CCRC 910107;鼠李糖乳杆菌HN067 CCRC 910108;乳酸双歧杆菌(Bifidobacteriumlactis)HN019 CCRC 910110或嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)HN017 CCRC910109,及生理上可接受的赋形剂或稀释剂,其中该赋形剂或该稀释剂为食品,而该食品为酦酵乳、优格、奶酪、乳制饮品或乳粉。或如中国台湾发明专利公告第I451871号,公开一种食品组合物,用以抑制发炎反应,包含:多株乳酸菌菌株,其包含唾液乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)AP-32菌株,寄存编号BCRC 910437、路乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus reuteri)TE-33菌株,寄存编号BCRC 910441、嗜酸乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)F-1菌株,寄存编号BCRC 910469及鼠李糖乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)CT-53菌株,寄存编号BCRC 910468,其中该些乳酸菌菌株具有胃酸、胆盐及抑霉剂克霉唑(Clotrimazole)耐受性;以及生理上可接受的一赋形剂或一稀释剂,其中该赋形剂或该稀释剂为酦酵乳、优格、奶酪、乳制饮品乳粉、茶或咖啡。以上现有技术中,乳酸菌剂型是为未经包埋处理的液体、粉体,由于乳酸菌对于环境的酸碱度很敏感,又人体的胃酸、胆汁有杀菌作用,未经包埋的乳酸菌进入人体后菌体易被破坏,而不能发挥应有的疗效;其次,由于未经包埋,乳酸菌的安定性不足,易使活菌数降低,导致储存期短,不耐久存。有鉴于以上缺点,另有采胶囊包埋的乳酸菌,如中国台湾新型专利公告第M384660号,公开一种可抑制体内多余脂肪生长的LS66胶囊组合结构,包含一本体、一个以上的LS66孢子乳酸菌以及一涂布层,该本体包含一上胶囊与一下胶囊,而该上胶囊与该下胶囊结合后内部形成一容置空间,该LS66孢子乳酸菌是填设于上述容置空间内,该涂布层涂布于该本体内部表面,其中该涂布层是为一活化剂。然而,经过硬胶囊包埋的乳酸菌,虽可保护菌体通过酸性的胃部环境,但硬胶囊于肠道不易溶解,使得释出菌体的时机不稳定,且同样有不耐久存的问题。
而除了以上液体、粉体和硬胶囊的产品型式之外,还有采用晶球作为包覆乳酸菌的材料者,然虽具有耐久存和耐胃酸、胆汁等优点,但其热稳定性不佳,且于肠道中大约需六小时才能溶解释出,此外,更重要的是,其价格昂贵。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于提供一种以猴头菇菌丝包埋可提升神经生长因子乳酸菌的包埋颗粒,解决现有液体和粉体乳酸菌产品,不耐胃酸、胆汁以及安定性不足和不耐久存的问题,而硬胶囊包埋的乳酸菌于肠道不易溶解及不耐久存的问题,晶球作包埋的乳酸菌价格昂贵的问题。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型提供一种以猴头菇菌丝包埋可提升神经生长因子乳酸菌的包埋颗粒,包含一乳酸菌核;一胶状物质层,包覆该乳酸菌核;以及一猴头菇菌丝壳层,包覆该胶状物质层。
其中,该乳酸菌核包括一乳酸菌保护剂以及一分散于该乳酸菌保护剂之中的乳酸菌。
其中,该乳酸菌保护剂选自于海藻糖、奶粉、聚糊精、味精、焦磷酸盐、维他命及精氨酸所组成的群组。
其中,该乳酸菌包括多个乳酸菌粉末。
其中,该乳酸菌选自于干酪乳酸杆菌、短乳酸菌、洛德乳酸杆菌及鼠李糖乳杆菌所组成的群组。
其中,该胶状物质层的组成选自于虫胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素、玉米蛋白、明胶、阿拉伯胶、胶原蛋白及海藻酸钠所组成的群组。
其中,该猴头菇菌丝壳层的组成选自于猴头菇菌丝、猴头菇多醣及猴头菇蛋白所组成的群组。
其中,该乳酸菌核、该胶状物质层以及该猴头菇菌丝壳层依序由内向外形成一多层同心球结构。
其中,该包埋颗粒为呈一球状。
由以上可知,本实用新型相较于现有技术具有至少以下功效:
一、利用该猴头菇菌丝壳层和该胶状物质层作为包埋结构,可有效保护乳酸菌在进入生物体的消化系统前,保有其活性且不受周遭环境影响,使乳酸菌能顺利到达小肠及大肠。
二、其次,利用该乳酸菌核配合该猴头菇菌丝壳层,依照细胞试验,该包埋颗粒具有刺激神经细胞分泌的生长因子,且该猴头菇菌丝壳层本身所含的活性物Erinacine也拥有刺激神经细胞分泌的生长因子,故可进一步加强其功效。
三、该包埋颗粒较传统冷冻干燥粉具较好的耐酸、耐胆盐、耐胃蛋白酶特性。

如图2所示,于本实用新型的一实施例中,该乳酸菌核10包括一乳酸菌保护剂11以及一分散于该乳酸菌保护剂11之中的乳酸菌12,且该乳酸菌12包括多个乳酸菌粉末,其中,该乳酸菌保护剂11可为海藻糖、奶粉、聚糊精、味精、焦磷酸盐、维他命、精氨酸或前述的组合,该乳酸菌12可为干酪乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)、短乳酸菌(Lactobacillusbrevis)、洛德乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus reuteri)、鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillusrhamnosus)或前述的组合。该胶状物质层20的组成可为虫胶(Shellac)、羟丙基甲基纤维素(Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate,简称HPMCP)、玉米蛋白(Zein)、明胶(Gelatine)、阿拉伯胶(Gum arabic)、胶原蛋白(Collagen)、海藻酸钠(Alginic acidsodium)或前述的组合,该猴头菇菌丝壳层30的组成选自于猴头菇菌丝、猴头菇多醣、猴头菇蛋白或前述的组合。以上涉及该乳酸菌保护剂11、该乳酸菌12、该胶状物质层20和该猴头菇菌丝壳层30的组成仅为举例说明,并非限制,依照实际使用需求,其也可采用其它组成。
综上所述,本实用新型利用该猴头菇菌丝壳层和该胶状物质层作为包埋结构,可以有效保护乳酸菌在进入生物体的消化系统前,保有其活性且不受周遭环境影响,使乳酸菌能顺利到达小肠及大肠;其次,利用该乳酸菌核配合该猴头菇菌丝壳层,依照细胞试验,该包埋颗粒具有刺激神经细胞分泌的生长因子,且该猴头菇菌丝壳层本身所含的活性物Erinacine也拥有刺激神经细胞分泌的生长因子,故可进一步加强其功效;再者,该包埋颗粒较传统冷冻干燥粉具较好的耐酸、耐胆盐、耐胃蛋白酶特性。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种以猴头菇菌丝包埋可提升神经生长因子乳酸菌的包埋颗粒,其特征在于,包含:
一乳酸菌核;
一胶状物质层,包覆该乳酸菌核;以及
一猴头菇菌丝壳层,包覆该胶状物质层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以猴头菇菌丝包埋可提升神经生长因子乳酸菌的包埋颗粒,其特征在于,该乳酸菌核、该胶状物质层以及该猴头菇菌丝壳层依序由内向外形成一多层同心球结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以猴头菇菌丝包埋可提升神经生长因子乳酸菌的包埋颗粒,其特征在于,该包埋颗粒为呈一球状。
