本实用新型涉及一种物料提升机，特别涉及一种物料螺旋提升机，属于物料输送机械技术领域。
背景技术
物料输送常见的有皮带式、斗轮式，皮带提升机不能实现垂直提升物料，斗提机部件多，安装繁琐，备件消耗高，所以在许多场合选用螺旋提升机对物料进行垂直向上的输送，常见的螺旋提升机物料进口位于下部的筒壁上，在提升机上部的筒壁上开设有一个出料口，在出料口下部连接物料流槽，这种形式在一定程度上实现了物料的提升，但其出料的角度固定，在有些工艺设计下有多个不同角度的受料点，这就需要额外增加转运设备，再则这种固定出料角度的提升机在设备检修时流槽位置不能移动，在空间上造成诸多不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服目前的物料螺旋提升机存在的上述缺陷，提供一种物料螺旋提升机。
为实现本实用新型的目的，采用了下述的技术方案：一种物料螺旋提升机，包括螺旋轴和套设在螺旋轴上的外筒，螺旋轴通过上部连接的电机减速机驱动，外筒下端设置有进料斗，所述的进料斗连通至外筒内，在外筒的上部周向上分布有多个出料窗口，多个出料窗口位于外筒的同一水平高度上，在外筒的多个出料窗口部位设置有套筒，套筒侧面开设有一个出料口，出料口下方的套筒上固定连接有倾斜向下的流槽，在外筒出料窗口部位的上下分别固定连接有上法兰盘、下法兰盘，套筒设置在上法兰盘和下法兰盘之间，套筒上下端部也固定有法兰，套筒与外筒通过上法兰盘、下法兰盘与套筒上下端部的法兰上的孔中穿设的定位销连接，进一步的，所述在外筒的上部周向上分布的出料窗口为三个，相邻的两个出料窗口之间间隔为60度。
本实用新型的积极有益技术效果在于：本提升机的外筒上具有多个出料窗口，套筒上只有一个出料口，拔出定位销套筒即可绕着外筒旋转，套筒上的出料口对准某一个出料窗口时即可实现从该窗口出料，所以本提升机一套螺旋输送设备上实现了多角度出料，能够满足不同的受料方位的供料需求。

结合附图对本实用新型进一步详细的解释，附图中各标记为：1：进料斗；2：外筒；21：出料窗口；3：螺旋轴；4：套筒；41：出料口；5：上法兰盘；6：下法兰盘；7：流槽；8：定位销；9：法兰；10：电机减速机；如附图所示，一种物料螺旋提升机，包括螺旋轴3和套设在螺旋轴上的外筒2，螺旋轴3通过上部连接的电机减速机10驱动，外筒下2端设置有进料斗1，所述的进料斗1连通至外筒2内，在外筒2的上部周向上分布有多个出料窗口，多个出料窗口位于外筒的同一水平高度上，更为具体的，所述在外筒的上部周向上分布的出料窗口为三个，相邻的两个出料窗口之间间隔为60度，图中21所示为三个出料窗口，在外筒2的多个出料窗口部位设置有套筒4，套筒4侧面开设有一个出料口41，出料口41下方的套筒上固定连接有倾斜向下的流槽7，在外筒2出料窗口部位的上下分别固定连接有上法兰盘5、下法兰盘6，套筒4设置在上法兰盘和下法兰盘之间，套筒上下端部也固定有法兰，9所示为法兰，套筒2与外筒3通过上法兰盘、下法兰盘与套筒上下端部的法兰上的孔中穿设的定位销连接，8所示为定位销。本提升机需要改变出物料的角度时，将定位销拔出套筒即可绕着外筒旋转，套筒上的出料口对准某一个出料窗口时即可实现从该窗口出料。

1.一种物料螺旋提升机，包括螺旋轴和套设在螺旋轴上的外筒，螺旋轴通过上部连接的电机减速机驱动，其特征在于：外筒下端设置有进料斗，所述的进料斗连通至外筒内，在外筒的上部周向上分布有多个出料窗口，多个出料窗口位于外筒的同一水平高度上，在外筒的多个出料窗口部位设置有套筒，套筒侧面开设有一个出料口，出料口下方的套筒上固定连接有倾斜向下的流槽，在外筒出料窗口部位的上下分别固定连接有上法兰盘、下法兰盘，套筒设置在上法兰盘和下法兰盘之间，套筒上下端部也固定有法兰，套筒与外筒通过上法兰盘、下法兰盘与套筒上下端部的法兰上的孔中穿设的定位销连接。
