Abstract

本实用新型提供一种入耳式蓝牙耳机天线,可应用于单耳,双耳蓝牙耳机:所述天线包括辐射单元和接地单元,所述辐射单元和接地单元都利用了组成耳机的零部件,辐射单元由蓝牙耳机的喇叭和贴在喇叭表面上的导电金属薄片组成,所述导电金属薄片一端贴在耳机喇叭的表面,另一端接到蓝牙耳机射频电路天线馈电点。接地单元由主PCB板上的铺铜和按键PCB板上的铺铜组成,所述主PCB板上的铺铜和按键PCB板上的铺铜由一段排线连接。该设计不需要增加另外的天线,降低了成本,节约了空间,同时由于增加了天线的有效辐射面积,提高了天线的辐射效率。

一种入耳式蓝牙耳机天线
技术领域
本实用新型涉及蓝牙耳机技术领域,尤其涉及一种入耳式蓝牙耳机天线,可应用于单耳,双耳蓝牙耳机。
背景技术
现有技术中公开了多种结构的蓝牙耳机天线设计,其中有板载单极子天线,板载倒F型天线,导线单极子天线,FPC天线,陶瓷天线等等。
但是,现有技术中天线设计均采用了独立的天线单元,占用一定的空间,成本高,而且天线辐射效率低,不利于应用于入耳式蓝牙耳机。为此,有必要研究一种尺寸更小、成本更低且利于入耳式蓝牙耳机广泛使用的天线。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种入耳式蓝牙耳机天线,不需要独立的天线单元、节约空间,成本更低,天线辐射效率高且利于广泛推广使用。
根据本实用新型一方面,提供了一种入耳式蓝牙耳机天线,其应用于单耳,双耳蓝牙耳机:所述天线包括辐射单元和接地单元,所述辐射单元和接地单元都利用了组成蓝牙耳机的零部件,辐射单元由耳机的喇叭和贴在喇叭表面上的导电金属薄片组成,所述导电金属薄片一端贴在耳机喇叭的表面,另一端接到蓝牙耳机射频电路天线馈电点;接地单元由主PCB板上的铺铜和按键PCB板上的铺铜组成,所述主PCB板上的铺铜和按键PCB板上的铺铜由一段排线连接。
所述天线利用了组成耳机的零部件,喇叭,主PCB板,按键PCB板,排线。
所述天线工作在蓝牙2.4GHz频段上,具有宽频带和高的辐射效率。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下的一个或多个优点:
1.不需要独立的天线单元;
2.宽频带,辐射效率高;
3.该设计节约了空间,同时降低了成本,可广泛应用于入耳式蓝牙耳机。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本实用新型的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本实用新型的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本实用新型所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
一种入耳式蓝牙耳机天线,其中,所述天线包括辐射单元和接地单元,如图1所示,蓝牙耳机包括:电池1,分别设置在电池1两侧的按键PCB板3和主PCB板5,按键PCB板3和主PCB板5之间通过FPC排线2连接,主PCB,5上设置有铺铜4以及天线射频馈电点6,蓝牙耳机还包括喇叭8。所述辐射单元和接地单元都利用了组成耳机的零部件,增加简单的连接部件,例如增加贴在喇叭表面的导电金属薄片,以及连接铺铜的排线等等。具体的,辐射单元由耳机的喇叭8和贴在喇叭表面上的FPC导电金属薄片7组成,所述FPC导电金属薄片7一端贴在蓝牙耳机喇叭的表面,另一端接到蓝牙耳机主PCB板上的射频电路天线馈电点6。接地单元由主PCB板上的铺铜4和按键PCB板上的铺铜组成,所述主PCB板上的铺铜4和按键PCB板上的铺铜由一段排线连接。
优选地,所述按键PCB板可为带排线的FPC双面板,其一面布线,一面铺铜。
本实用新型的蓝牙耳机天线设计不限于上述实施例。可以理解的是,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和实质范围的情况下,可以做出各种变形和修改,以达到同等或优化的目的,例如将主PCB板,按键PCB板,排线做成一体化的软硬结合板等。

1.一种入耳式蓝牙耳机天线,其特征在于:所述天线包括辐射单元和接地单元,所述辐射单元和接地单元都利用了组成蓝牙耳机的零部件,辐射单元由蓝牙耳机的喇叭和贴在喇叭表面上的导电金属薄片组成,所述导电金属薄片一端贴在耳机的喇叭表面,另一端接到蓝牙耳机射频电路天线馈电点;接地单元由主PCB板上的铺铜和按键PCB板上的铺铜组成,所述主PCB板上的铺地铜和按键PCB板上的铺铜由一段排线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的入耳式蓝牙耳机天线,其特征在于:所述天线工作在蓝牙2.4GHz频段上,具有宽频带和高的辐射效率。
