1.一种提高HDPE结构壁管表面光泽度的模具,其为采用内压法的管坯挤压成型模具,其挤出模具部分包括芯棒、芯棒外套有外口模,在芯棒与外口模端部共同安装有一个外模板法兰,其特征在于:所述的外模板法兰与外口模、芯棒之间镶嵌安装有一个与芯棒同心的聚四氟乙烯套,聚四氟乙烯套在芯棒外置处与外模板法兰之间安装有与芯棒同轴的内模压板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高HDPE结构壁管表面光泽度的模具,其特征在于:所述的外模板法兰上均布有定位销。
