背景技术
阀门尤其是球阀，是建筑给排水管道常用的五金件。管道在运行过程中，因水流压力流速等变化，撞击管道壁及阀门，容易生成连续性噪音，尤其是竖井中或管道中存在空气，噪音更加明显。在一些对噪音有特殊控制的场合，例如实验室、高档建筑、图书馆等，普通球阀无法达到降噪的功能。
通常，有将消音棉塞入阀球中用来降噪，但带来的问题是：消音棉会带来的二次噪音，消音棉吸水后容易造成管道堵塞。

本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种降噪球阀，包括球阀体、与球阀体配合的球阀盖、及在球阀体和球阀盖之间的球形阀芯，其特殊之处在于，所述球形阀芯上设有通孔，所述通孔的孔壁为凹凸面。

采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是，通过波浪形的曲折流路来增加流体介质途径的通道距离，实现流体介质的逐步减速，达到对噪音源的控制，有效降低噪音。
