背景技术
拉矫机减速机主要用于高温环境中，在恶劣的高温环境下长期使用时，外部热量传递至减速机箱体内，动力部件运转温度高，易损坏，使用寿命短。现有减速机内的润滑油即便通过外设润滑泵从下抽至上部喷洒润滑，也存在局部润滑不充分的缺陷，并且其中的蜗杆单独采用圆锥滚子轴承支撑，极易损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，能有效确保润滑效果，避免支撑轴承损坏的拉矫机上用减速机。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种拉矫机上用减速机，包括箱体、蜗轮和蜗杆，其特征在于：所述箱体上端还设有副油箱，副油箱内底面高于减速机内任意轴承上端面。
所述蜗杆的非输入端经圆锥滚子轴承支撑于箱体内，蜗杆的输入端经圆锥滚子轴承支撑在箱体内且经油封穿接端盖封装在箱体上，圆锥滚子轴承外端面外圈与端盖限位抵紧，蜗杆与端盖间由内向外设有挡圈、圆柱滚子轴承，挡圈、圆柱滚子轴承套接在蜗杆上，圆锥滚子轴承外端面内圈依次经挡圈、圆柱滚子轴承与端盖限位抵紧。
采用以上技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：箱体上端设有副油箱，副油箱内底面高于减速机内任意轴承上端面，能有效确保箱体内润滑油的最高液位始终高于最高的轴承上端面，完全没入润滑油中，润滑效果充分；且采用圆锥滚子轴承配合圆柱滚子轴承，加大蜗杆径向力，传动不易损坏，提高使用寿命。
