背景技术
在预应力钢丝加工过程中,需要对钢丝进行加热,现有的加热装置通常采用电阻丝直接加热,存在不安全和加热效率低的弊端。
发明内容
为了对钢丝热处理,本实用新型提供了预应力钢丝热处理装置。该装置通过中频感应线圈对钢丝热处理,通过拉拔,制成预应力钢丝,解决预应力钢丝加工的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在加热炉外围设有保温绝热绝缘层,在保温绝热绝缘层内螺旋缠绕有中频加热线圈,在加热炉内设有腔膛,在腔膛内穿有钢丝,在加热炉一侧通过连接线与中频电流发生器电路连接。
积极效果,本实用新型采用中频感应线圈对钢丝预应力拉拔加工,具有不漏磁,热效率高和安全的特点。适宜钢丝预应力处理对钢丝热处理装置应用。

据图所示:在加热炉3外围设有保温绝热绝缘层4,在保温绝热绝缘层内螺旋缠绕有中频加热线圈5,在加热炉内设有腔膛,在腔膛内穿有钢丝6,在加热炉一侧通过连接线2与中频电流发生器1电路连接。
本实用新型的使用:
将预加工的钢丝穿过加热炉,由于钢丝为金属体,所以受到中频电流的作用,被加热,而后进行预应力处理,成为预应力钢丝。
