本实用新型是关于一种固定压机螺母装置。
【背景技术】
目前的空调外机组装生产线，均没有完全自动的生产线。申请人为此研发一套空调外机组装生产线。而本案是将放置在空调底板上的压缩机的进行上螺母的装置。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种效率高、节省成本的固定压机螺母装置。
针对上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于包括支架1，在支架1上设有放置周转板2的输送线3，在周转板2上定位有放置压缩机6的空调底板4，在支架1的一旁设有螺母供给装置5和将螺母供给装置5中的螺母8夹起移送到空调底板4上并拧紧将压缩机6固定在空调底板4上的机器人7。
如上所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述机器人7为六轴机器人，在机器臂上设有的可将螺母抓起并将螺母拧到空调底板4上的气动电批装置9。
如上所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述螺母供给装置5包括有可放置螺母8的振动筛51和螺母输送通道52，还包括有旋转座53和驱动旋转座53转动的驱动机构55，在旋转座53上周边等距设有多个螺母仓54并转动螺母仓到机器人提取螺母的工位。
如上所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述气动电批装置9包括有连接在机器人7末端的气动电批91，在气动电批91输出轴连接有螺母批头92。
如上所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述螺母供给装置5、机器人7均为两个。
如上所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述气动电批91的个数为1个以上。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
本案由于置于空调底板上的压缩机需要进行锁螺母，而且是三个螺母，故本案采用两个机器人，其中一个机器人带有两个电机气批，另一个机器人带有一个电机气批。之后机器人从螺母供给装置中提取螺母，并将螺母拧到空调底板上。
本案还具有结构简单、实用、效率高等优点。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作详细说明：
如图所示，一种固定压机螺母装置，包括支架1，在支架1上设有放置周转板2的输送线3，在周转板2上定位有放置压缩机6的空调底板4。在支架1的一旁设有螺母供给装置5和将螺母供给装置5中的螺母8夹起移送到空调底板4上并拧紧将压缩机6固定在空调底板4上的机器人7。在本案中，采用两个螺母供给装置5和两个机器人。由于置于空调底板上的压缩机需要进行锁螺母，而且是三个螺母，故本案采用两个机器人，其中一个机器人带有两个电机气批，另一个机器人带有一个电机气批。之后机器人从螺母供给装置中提取螺母，并将螺母拧到空调底板上。
更优的，所述机器人7为六轴机器人，在机器臂上设有的可将螺母抓起并将螺母拧到空调底板4上的气动电批装置9。
更优的，所述螺母供给装置5包括有可放置螺母8的振动筛51和螺母输送通道52，还包括有旋转座53和驱动旋转座53转动的驱动机构55，在旋转座53上周边等距设有多个螺母仓54并转动螺母仓到机器人提取螺母的工位。即利用驱动机构55带带动旋转座53转动，使放置有螺母的螺母仓54来到机器人提取螺母的工位，方便机器人提取螺母。而驱动机构55采用伺服电机和变速器来驱动旋转座53。
更优的，所述气动电批装置9包括有连接在机器人7末端的气动电批91，在气动电批91输出轴连接有螺母批头92。

1.一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于包括支架(1)，在支架(1)上设有放置周转板(2)的输送线(3)，在周转板(2)上定位有放置压缩机(6)的空调底板(4)，在支架(1)的一旁设有螺母供给装置(5)和将螺母供给装置(5)中的螺母(8)夹起移送到空调底板(4)上并拧紧将压缩机(6)固定在空调底板(4)上的机器人(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述机器人(7)为六轴机器人，在机器臂上设有的可将螺母抓起并将螺母拧到空调底板(4)上的气动电批装置(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述螺母供给装置(5)包括有可放置螺母(8)的振动筛(51)和螺母输送通道(52)，还包括有旋转座(53)和驱动旋转座(53)转动的驱动机构(55)，在旋转座(53)上周边等距设有多个螺母仓(54)并转动螺母仓到机器人提取螺母的工位。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述气动电批装置(9)包括有连接在机器人(7)末端的气动电批(91)，在气动电批(91)输出轴连接有螺母批头(92)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种固定压机螺母装置，其特征在于所述螺母供给装置(5)、机器人(7)均为两个。
