目前的空调外机组装生产线，均没有完全自动的生产线。申请人为此研发一套空调外机组装生产线。而本案是将压缩机放置在空调底板的装置。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种效率高、节省成本的压缩机放置装置。
针对上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于包括支架1，在支架1上设有放置周转板2的输送线3，在周转板2上定位有空调底板4，在支架1的一旁设有压缩机放置区5和将压缩机放置区5上的压缩机6夹起并移送安装到空调底板4上的机器人7。
如上所述的一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于所述机器人7为六轴机器人，在机器臂上设有由三个夹爪组成的可夹住压缩机6的夹具8。
如上所述的一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于在空调底板4上设有三个安装柱9，压缩机6底座的三个孔穿过三个安装柱9，使得压缩机6置于空调底板4上。
如上所述的一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于还包括有收集垫板装置10，该收集垫板装置包括有回收放置架101，在回收放置架101上设有X 轴导轨102，在X轴导轨102上设有X轴滑板103，在X轴滑板103上设有竖架104和驱动X轴滑板103滑动的第一电机105，在竖架104设有Z轴导轨106，在Z轴导轨106上设有Z轴滑板107，在Z轴滑板107上设有升降夹板架108和驱动Z轴滑板移动的第二电机109，在升降夹板架108设有多个钩爪1010和驱动各个钩爪1010转动从而夹住垫板的张紧气缸1011。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
本案采用利用一个机器人来将压缩机夹起来并装到空调底板上。本案机器人为六轴机器人，其能做复杂的动作，定位也精确。故该机器人能精确抓取压缩机和将压缩机精确放置到空调底板中去。
本案还具有结构简单、实用、效率高等优点。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作详细说明：
如图所示，一种压缩机放置装置，包括支架1，在支架1上设有放置周转板2的输送线3，在周转板2上定位有空调底板4，在支架1的一旁设有压缩机放置区5和将压缩机放置区5上的压缩机6夹起并移送安装到空调底板4上的机器人7。本案采用利用一个机器人来将压缩机夹起来并装到空调底板上。
此外，本案还可还包括有收集垫板装置10，该收集垫板装置包括有回收放置架101，在回收放置架101上设有X轴导轨102，在X轴导轨102 上设有X轴滑板103，在X轴滑板103上设有竖架104和驱动X轴滑板103滑动的第一电机105，第一电机105通过皮带传动来带动X轴滑板103移动。在竖架104设有Z轴导轨106，在Z轴导轨106上设有Z轴滑板107，在Z轴滑板107上设有升降夹板架108和驱动Z轴滑板移动的第二电机109，第二电机109的输出轴连接齿轮，在竖架104设上设有与齿轮配合的直齿条，由第二电机109通过齿轮组合来带动Z轴滑板107进行升降。在升降夹板架108设有多个钩爪1010和驱动各个钩爪1010转动从而夹住垫板的张紧气缸1011。由于压缩机放置区5上的压缩机6分三层叠放，层与层之间由垫板来隔开。当机器人7将一层的压缩机6提取完之后，需要将垫板提取走，故收集垫板装置10就是来完成该工作的。
具体来说，所述机器人7为六轴机器人，在机器臂上设有由三个夹爪组成的可夹住压缩机6的夹具8。本案机器人为六轴机器人，其能做复杂的动作，定位也精确。故该机器人能精确抓取压缩机和将压缩机精确放置到空调底板中去。更优的，在空调底板4上设有三个安装柱9，压缩机6底座的三个孔穿过三个安装柱9，使得压缩机6置于空调底板4上。为下一步工序做准备。此外，当机器人7将一层的压缩机6提取完之后，需要将垫板提取走，第一电机105启动，带动竖架104沿X轴向移动。到位后，第二电机109带动升降夹板架108进行升降移动。到位后，张紧气缸1011动作，驱动钩爪1010勾住垫板，之后第一电机105、第二电机109反向动作，将垫板取到回收放置架101中，钩爪1010再松开。

1.一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于包括支架(1)，在支架(1)上设有放置周转板(2)的输送线(3)，在周转板(2)上定位有空调底板(4)，在支架(1)的一旁设有压缩机放置区(5)和将压缩机放置区(5)上的压缩机(6)夹起并移送安装到空调底板(4)上的机器人(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于所述机器人(7)为六轴机器人，在机器臂上设有由三个夹爪组成的可夹住压缩机(6)的夹具(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于在空调底板(4)上设有三个安装柱(9)，压缩机(6)底座的三个孔穿过三个安装柱(9)，使得压缩机(6)置于空调底板(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种压缩机放置装置，其特征在于还包括有收集垫板装置(10)，该收集垫板装置包括有回收放置架(101)，在回收放置架(101)上设有X轴导轨(102)，在X轴导轨(102)上设有X轴滑板(103)，在X轴滑板(103)上设有竖架(104)和驱动X轴滑板(103)滑动的第一电机(105)，在竖架(104)设有Z轴导轨(106)，在Z轴导轨(106)上设有Z轴滑板(107)，在Z轴滑板(107)上设有升降夹板架(108)和驱动Z轴滑板移动的第二电机(109)，在升降夹板架(108)设有多个钩爪(1010)和驱动各个钩爪(1010)转动从而夹住垫板的张紧气缸(1011)。
