背景技术
工字钢也称为钢梁，是截面为工字形状的长条钢材，工字钢分普通工字钢、轻型工字钢、低合金轻型工字钢和H型钢，工字钢夹具在工字钢的运输过程中应用广泛，主要在起重设备上用于夹持工字钢并将工字钢运输到指定位置，在起重运输过程中，夹具的牢固性和稳定性尤为重要，若夹具夹的不够牢固，物件则出现晃动，一来无法很好的控制落地点，二来物件有可能会脱开而坠落，造成损坏具有安全隐患，当前建筑施工过程中所采用的工字钢夹具牢固性和稳定性较好，但结构多较为复杂、材料用量多且夹持拆卸不灵活。

一种工字钢夹具，包括夹持件、固定件和螺栓组件，所述夹持件包括第一夹持件和第二夹持件，所述第一夹持件和第二夹持件对称贴合于固定件外侧，螺栓组件包括螺栓和螺母，螺栓相继穿过第一夹持件、固定件和第二夹持件后通过螺母进行紧固。
本实用新型中，所述第一夹持件和第二夹持件结构一致，均包括一体成型的夹持槽和安装板，夹持槽为横向U形夹持槽，安装板上开有安装通孔I。
本实用新型中，其特征在于，所述固定件包括固定部和吊装部，固定部包括两块对立设置的固定板，固定板上开设有与安装板对应的安装通孔II，而吊装部为与两块固定板一体成型的弧形结构，其上开设有吊孔。

本实用新型中，所述夹持件、固定件及螺栓组件均由碳钢或不锈钢加工成型。
有益效果：本实用新型所述的一种工字钢夹具，通过可拆卸设计的夹持件和固定件安装成型，夹持件上的夹持槽分别夹持住工字钢两侧后再紧固，其夹持牢固，能防止工字钢滑脱现象的产生，同时其构造简单，材料用量少且安装拆卸极为快捷，并且同一夹持件和不同尺寸的固定件和螺栓组件配套使用，即可吊装不同的工字钢，组装灵活。

参见图1的一种工字钢夹具的较佳实施例，其包括由不锈钢加工成型的夹持件1、固定件2和螺栓组件3，夹持件1包括第一夹持件11和第二夹持件12，第一夹持件11和第二夹持件12对称贴合于固定件2外侧，螺栓组件3包括螺栓31和螺母32，螺栓31相继穿过第一夹持件11、固定件2和第二夹持件12后通过螺母32进行紧固。
具体的，如图1所示，第一夹持件11和第二夹持件12结构一致，均包括一体成型的夹持槽111和安装板112，夹持槽111为横向U形夹持槽，第一夹持件11和第二夹持件12上的横向U形夹持槽开口相对，两块安装板112上对应开有两个安装通孔I，固定件2则包括固定部和吊装部22，固定部包括两块对立设置的固定板21，两块固定板21上均开设有与安装板112大小尺寸对应的两个安装通孔II，吊装部22为与两块固定板21一体成型的弧形结构，其上开设有圆形吊孔221，吊孔221用来与其中机器上的钢索连接，工作时，根据工字钢的尺寸型号选择合适的夹持件1和紧固件2，第一夹持件11和第二夹持件12上的夹持槽111分别夹持住工字钢两侧后，将紧固件2贴合夹持件1内侧放置，并通过两组螺栓组件进行穿插和紧固，起重机上的钢索穿过吊孔并固定后，即可进行吊装，吊装不同型号的工字钢可对应组合不同的夹持件1和紧固件2进行吊装，方便快捷。
