背景技术
磁选机是在产业界使用最广泛的、通用性高的机种之一，适用于具有磁性差异物质的分离。现有的磁选机对茶油果进行磁选加工后，需要人工用刮刀将磁力带上的小石块及其其他杂质刮走，人工操作速度慢，清理不干净，影响茶油果磁选的效率。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型公开一种茶油果磁选机。
其技术方案为：
一种茶油果磁选机，包括进料端机架、滚筒、磁力带、下料端机架、刮渣架、推杆、弹簧、刮渣滚筒、压辊，进料端机架和下料端机架上均设置有滚筒，进料端机架上的滚筒直径大于下料端机架上滚筒的直径，大滚筒和小滚筒通过磁力带连接，磁力带里侧设置有压辊，压辊下方设置有刮渣架，刮渣架上固定设置有推杆，推杆上套有弹簧，推杆顶端设置有刮渣滚筒，刮渣滚筒与电机连接，磁力带下端穿过刮渣滚筒和压辊中间。
对茶油果进行磁选时，将待磁选的茶油果放置在进料端机架处的磁力带上，磁力带将茶油果从进料端机架输送到下料端机架处。磁力带输送茶油果的同时，茶油果内的混合的磁性物质粘附在磁力带上，当磁力带运转到下料端机架处，磁力带上的茶油果离开磁力带，茶油果里的杂质粘附在磁力带上。磁力带输送完茶油果，继续转动到刮渣滚筒和压辊处，压辊压住磁力带向刮渣滚筒运动，电机带动刮渣滚筒转动，刮渣滚筒转动将会磁力带上的磁性杂质刮走，完成茶油果的磁选。
采用本实用新型公开的一种茶油果磁选机对茶油果进行磁选，采用刮渣滚筒将磁力带上的小石块和其他杂质刮走，减少茶油果磁选时人工的投入，降低茶油果磁选的成本，刮渣滚筒刮渣效果好，提高磁选机的磁选效率。

如图所示，一种茶油果磁选机，包括进料端机架1、滚筒2、磁力带3、下料端机架4、刮渣架5、推杆6、弹簧7、刮渣滚筒8、压辊9，进料端机架1和下料端机架4上均设置有滚筒2，进料端机架1上的滚筒直径大于下料端机架4上滚筒的直径，大滚筒和小滚筒通过磁力带3连接，磁力带3里侧设置有压辊9，压辊9下方设置有刮渣架5，刮渣架5上固定设置有推杆6，推杆6上套有弹簧7，推杆6顶端设置有刮渣滚筒8，刮渣滚筒8与电机连接，磁力带3下端穿过刮渣滚筒8和压辊9中间。

1.一种茶油果磁选机，其特征在于，包括进料端机架（1）、滚筒（2）、磁力带（3）、下料端机架（4）、刮渣架（5）、推杆（6）、弹簧（7）、刮渣滚筒（8）、压辊（9），进料端机架（1）和下料端机架（4）上均设置有滚筒（2），进料端机架（1）上的滚筒直径大于下料端机架（4）上滚筒的直径，大滚筒和小滚筒通过磁力带（3）连接，磁力带（3）里侧设置有压辊（9），压辊（9）下方设置有刮渣架（5），刮渣架（5）上固定设置有推杆（6），推杆（6）上套有弹簧（7），推杆（6）顶端设置有刮渣滚筒（8），刮渣滚筒（8）与电机连接，磁力带（3）下端穿过刮渣滚筒（8）和压辊（9）中间。
