本实用新型属于立体车库工程领域，尤其涉及一种应用于升降横移车库的钢丝绳保护装置。
背景技术
目前在钢丝绳提升升降横移立体车库中普遍存在提升过程中横移框架纵梁单侧受力变形与提升钢丝绳摩擦的问题。此问题对钢丝绳的使用寿命造成了极大的影响，使该车库设备存在极大的安全隐患。当前主要有以下两种解决办法：1、将钢丝绳通过孔加大，使纵梁单侧受力强度极大降低，同时通过焊板等加强此处的连接强度，2、在此处增加环形尼龙保护套。显而易见，第一种解决办法无形中增加了不少打孔费用与焊接费用，第二种方法尼龙套更换必须打开载车板端或钢丝绳滚筒端的连接，给生产带来很多麻烦，增加了拆装费用。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种应用于升降横移车库的钢丝绳保护装置，在解决钢丝绳摩擦问题的同时方便尼龙套磨损后的更换。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：提供一种应用于升降横移车库的钢丝绳保护装置，其特殊之处在于：包括尼龙保护套和尼龙保护套固定套，所述尼龙保护套由两个半环形尼龙保护片组成，两个尼龙保护片可组合对接成一个完整的环形；所述尼龙保护套内置在尼龙保护套固定套内。
所述尼龙保护套固定套为一端开口的圆柱形壳体。
所述尼龙保护套固定套上设置有与升降横移车库固连的固定连接耳。
所述尼龙保护套固定套底部设置有钢丝绳通孔。

下面结合附图说明和具体实施例对本实用新型加以详细说明。
如图1～4所示，本实用新型的工作过程如下：将钢丝绳4依次穿过H型钢1通孔和尼龙保护套固定套3底部通孔，用紧固件5将钢丝绳与H型钢紧固，将两个尼龙保护片套在紧固螺母上对接，再将尼龙保护套固定套扣在尼龙保护套2上，最后将尼龙保护套固定套连接耳6与H型钢固定连接即可。
