Abstract
一种用于钢结构支撑胎架顶部的作用力转换支架,由支撑架体和支撑平台组成,支撑架体是由支撑杆、水平加强杆一、水平加强杆二、斜向加强杆一和斜向加强杆二组成的正棱台,正棱台高2.5m,下表面边长2米,支撑平台设置在正棱台的上;四条支撑杆组成了该正棱台的腰;水平加强杆一和水平加强杆二水平平行设在正棱台四个侧面的两个支撑杆的之间;斜向加强杆一和斜向加强杆二设在正棱台四个侧面,斜向加强杆一下端和斜向加强杆二上端和同一支撑杆相连,斜向加强杆一上端和斜向加强杆二下端和相邻支撑杆相连。本实用新型转换支架顶部由型钢梁组成,为钢结构桁架卸载提供作用支撑点,为钢结构桁架最底层的钢梁安装提供安装作业面,保证施工人员作业安全。

技术领域
[0001]本实用新型属于建筑施工领域,尤其涉及一种用于钢结构支撑胎架顶部的作用力转换支架。
背景技术
[0002]现有技术中,钢结构连桥桁架采用原位高空散装法进行安装,即在钢结构桁架下方设置临时支撑体系,使用塔吊由下往上逐层吊装钢梁、钢柱、斜撑,临时支撑体系主要由底部分配梁、支撑胎架、转换支架组成。目前钢结构支撑胎架在国内大规模地应用于大跨度的桥梁安装,大型体育场馆、展览馆、机库、房建项目领域,支撑胎架一般选用租赁高度为3m的塔吊标准节。由于塔吊标准节组合出的高度为3米的倍数,如9米、12米、15米,对于非3的倍数高度的支撑胎架,则无法满足要求,如17.5米支撑胎架,若使用5节塔吊标准节,总高度为15米,达不到需要的高度17.5米,无法起到支撑作用;若使用6节,总高度为18米,超过了钢桁架与地面的高度,故只能选用5节标准节。对于这个问题,传统施工方法是在支撑胎架顶部使用工地上废旧的工字钢,将其加高,此种做法不安全,且传递作用力不理想。因此,目前急需一种新型的钢结构支撑胎架辅助架体,实现支撑胎架高度的灵活控制。
