车用减震块绝大多数是用金属骨架作为零件的支承，根据使用部位的不同，金属骨架被设计成不同的结构和形式，其中有一类骨架是用金属板材冲压成形的薄壁嵌件，这类嵌件在硫化成型的胶料注射过程中，橡胶胶料一般是先充满嵌件的一个面，然后沿嵌件表面逐步充满整个嵌件表面，在这个过程中，对于那些胶料硬度比较高、胶料流动性不好、嵌件面积较大且壁厚比较薄、嵌件表面橡胶层也比较薄的产品来说，很容易造成产品缺胶或者因嵌件被胶料冲压变形导致嵌件裸露，进而产生较多的废品或次品。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种结构合理、使用方便、填充快捷的一种车用减震块上的外骨架。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种车用减震块上的外骨架，其特征在于：包括连接架，所述连接架上设有外骨架，所述连接架内设有空腔，空腔外设有填充块；
所述外骨架上设有通孔；
所述通孔设有4-6个，直径为3-6mm；
所述填充块为橡胶材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果为：在一般薄壁嵌件的基础上，在嵌件壁的中间部位沿圆周均匀地加工了4-6个直径在3-6mm左右的工艺孔，当硫化成型注胶时，胶料沿嵌件表面流动到工艺孔位置时，马上穿过工艺孔流到嵌件的另一表面，胶料在较短的时间内就可以充满嵌件表面，而且嵌件在内外表面注胶的时间差很小，嵌件内外表面的注胶压差也较小，对嵌件造成的变形也较小，嵌件不会裸露。
