背景技术
门封条广泛用于冰箱、冰柜等家用电器上，在进行门封条生产时，通常采用生产线的方式，现有的生产线中各个设备只适用于一种型号的门封条，没有实现同一设备在不同生产线上的共用。但是处于生产线端头位置的牵引机和冲切模部分是可以适用于不同型号的密封条生产线的，并且如果实现多条生产线上的部分机器共用，能够大大降低生产成本。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种移动式门封条生产线，本生产线可实现一次冲切多孔，可加工不同长度门封条，本生产线自动化程度高，操作简便，对操作员要求低，可任意移动，能与其它生产线结合，因此能有效利用空间，且可避免购买多台设备，节约资金。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种移动式门封条生产线，所述生产线包括车架和位于车架上的牵引机、冲模机，所述车架的下端设有滚轮和地脚，所述冲模机可设多个冲头，所述地脚包括固定连接的支撑片、螺杆和锁紧螺母，所述支撑片固定连接在螺杆的一端，所述地脚通过螺杆与车架螺纹连接，所述锁紧螺母套在螺杆上。
进一步，所述冲模机下方设有整体滑块，所述车架上设有导轨，所述整体滑块与导轨相配合。
进一步，所述整体滑块的两侧设有锁紧手轮。
进一步，所述锁紧手轮为4个。
进一步，所述支撑片为圆形。
本实用新型的有益效果如下：
1、本实用新型采用滚轮和地脚的设计，通过调节地脚的高度，实现滚轮的悬空和着地，方便移动，并且移动到指定位置时能够快捷固定；
2、本实用新型的冲切模下方设置相互配合的滑块和导轨，方便冲切模的移动，可任意调节冲切模的位置，从而调节门封条的长度；

实施例一：
如图1和图2所示，一种移动式门封条生产线，所述生产线包括车架1和依次位于车架上的冲模机4、牵引机3和切断机2，所述车架1的下端设有滚轮12和地脚11，滚轮12为4个，通过滚轮12实现车架1的移动，所述地脚11包括固定连接的支撑片、螺杆和锁紧螺母，所述支撑片固定连接在螺杆的一端，所述地脚11通过螺杆与车架1螺纹连接，所述锁紧螺母套在螺杆上，支撑片为圆形，便于车架1的固定。当需要移动车架1时，将锁紧螺母反向拧松，然后拧动螺杆使支撑片上调，将所有支撑片上调后，滚轮12着地，即可移动车架1；当车架1移动到指定位置，需要将车架1固定时，拧动螺杆将支撑片下调，下调至滚轮12悬空时，将锁紧螺母靠近车架拧紧，对地脚11逐个进行上述操作后，即可实现车架1的固定。冲模机4内部设有多种形状的冲头，多个冲头排列为一条直线，进行生产时根据需要选择冲头的形状和个数即可。所 述冲模机4下方设有整体滑块，所述车架1上设有2条导轨13，所述整体滑块与导轨13相配合，整体滑块沿导轨13滑动，从而带动冲模机4滑动，所述整体滑块的两侧设有锁紧手轮42，所述锁紧手轮42为4个，当冲模机4移动到合适位置时，拧紧锁紧手轮42即可实现对冲模机4的固定。冲模机4的一侧还设有导向轮41，车架1的一侧倾斜的设有导条槽5，门封条由导条槽5和导向轮41导向后运送至冲模机，导条槽5和导向轮41的导向可以避免密封条在前进过程中的偏转，保证冲模机4的精确冲模，经冲模机4冲模后，由牵引机3牵引至切断机2处进行切断。本生产线自动化程度高，操作简便，对操作员要求低，可任意移动，能与其它生产线结合，因此能有效利用空间，且可避免购买多台设备，节约资金，可一次冲切多孔，避免多次加工，提高生产效率，节约成本。
此外，应当理解，虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述，但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案，说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见，本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体，各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合，形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
