背景技术
橡胶磨粉机由粉碎主机，电机架和水冷却等系统组成，在工作过程中会产生高温，严重影响胶粉的质量，同时也影响机器的使用寿命和生产效率。目前，市场上的橡胶磨粉机通常采用采用双水冷却来降低橡胶磨粉机内腔在转动过程中产生的高温，然而仅采用水冷的方式在冷却的过程中粉尘较大容易阻塞粉碎机构，从而造成传动机构的打滑，甚至会烧毁电机，同样严重降低了橡胶磨粉机的使用寿命和生产效率。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种结构合理，可冷却内腔温度，防止粉尘阻塞，延长机器使用寿命，提高生产效率的橡胶磨粉机。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种橡胶磨粉机，包括底座、轴承座、粉碎内腔和电机，其特征在于：所述底座一端设有轴承座、相对一端设有箱体，所述轴承座与箱体之间设置粉碎内腔；所述轴承座后方设有电机，所述电机通过设置在轴承座上的轴承与所述粉碎内腔相连接；所述粉碎内腔两端分别连接有进水管和进气口；所述粉碎内腔顶部固定设有进料口、底部设有出料口。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型由于在粉碎内腔设有进气口和进水管，使得粉碎内腔在工作中产生的一部分热量从进气口排出，一部分热量在空气与水的作用下形成水蒸气与粉尘混合冷凝下降，从出料口排出，从而对粉碎内腔起到冷却效果，可见，一种橡胶磨粉机，结构合理，有效降低粉碎内腔温度，大大降低了粉尘的浓度，同时避免了由于粉尘堆积而造成传动机构打滑的现象，进而增加了橡胶磨粉机的使用寿命，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
根据附图1所示，一种橡胶磨粉机，包括底座1、轴承座3、粉碎内腔10和电机5，底座1一端设有轴承座3、相对一端设有箱体9，轴承座3与箱体9之间设有粉碎内腔10；轴承座3的后方设有电机5，电机5通过设置在轴承座3上的轴承4与粉碎内腔10相连接；粉碎内腔10两端分别连接有进水管6和进气口8；粉碎内腔10顶部固定设有进料口7、底部设有出料口2。
使用时，启动电机5，电机5通过轴承4带动粉碎内腔10工作，将要粉碎的橡胶放入进料口7，之后将自来水通入进水管6，并控制流量的大小，粉碎物从出料口2排出；通水之前，粉碎物为黑色固定，并伴有强烈的粉尘，通水之后，粉碎物为湿润的黑色固定，并伴有白色水汽。
