Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种自锁式钻夹头,其旋转套设置两端固定在旋转套上的凸弹簧片,其螺母或与螺母固定连接的圈件上设置与凸弹簧片的凸部配合的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,其自锁结构包括处在钻体上的一圈齿以及设置在螺母或与螺母固定连接的圈件上的可转动的锁块,所述螺母上或与螺母固定连接的圈件上还设置有弹簧片,所述旋转套上设置压迫弹簧片的第一部位以及压迫锁块的第二部位。本实用新型能够实现金属配金属的定位配合、通过杠杆实现自锁和解锁切换,不会发生自锁结构内的干涉现象,对钻夹头自锁状态的保持力更强,操作手感大大提高,增强自锁力。

一种自锁式钻夹头
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自锁式钻夹头。
背景技术
现有技术中,钻夹头中设有钻体、夹爪、螺母,通过旋转螺母从而带动夹爪向前运动或向后运动而使钻夹头夹紧或松脱钻具。钻夹头中自锁结构是为了防止钻夹头在工作中时被其受到的反作用力作用而使得钻具被松脱的结构,其一般由带弹簧片的部件和处在钻体上的齿进行配合,钻夹头保持自锁状态或保持非自锁状态的结构,由上述弹簧片上的凸起和旋转套工程塑料内壁上的凹槽配合而形成。这种自锁式钻夹头,自锁结构容易出现干涉现象,在高速旋转的场合下,其保持力有时也会不足,使自锁失效。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自锁式钻夹头,能够在钻夹头工作中可靠地保持自锁状态、且操作感好。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种自锁式钻夹头,包括钻体、螺母、夹爪、自锁结构、旋转套,其特征在于所述旋转套设置两端固定在旋转套上的凸弹簧片,所述螺母或与螺母固定连接的圈件上设置与所述凸弹簧片的凸部配合的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,第一凹槽为对应所述钻夹头处在自锁状态时的凹槽,所述第二凹槽为对应所述钻夹头处在从自锁状态转换到解锁状态后的凹槽;
所述自锁结构包括处在钻体上的一圈齿以及设置在螺母或与螺母固定连接的圈件上的可转动的锁块,所述螺母上或与螺母固定连接的圈件上还设置有弹簧片,所述旋转套上设置压迫弹簧片的第一部位以及压迫锁块的第二部位,通过第一部位压迫弹簧片,使弹簧片转而压迫锁块,使锁块转动而与钻体上的齿啮合,钻夹头进入自锁状态,通过第二部位压迫锁块,使锁块发生反转,脱离齿,所述旋转套和所述齿之间具有供锁块抬起而与齿脱离的间隙。
进一步地,所述弹簧片为可转动的弹簧片,所述旋转套内具有所述弹簧片的让位槽。
进一步地,所述圈件上设置可转动的锁块及弹簧片,所述圈件上具有用于锁块转轴及弹簧片转轴安装之用的双层安装板。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案,本实用新型能够实现金属配金属的定位配合、通过杠杆实现自锁和解锁切换,不会发生自锁结构内的干涉现象,对钻夹头自锁状态的保持力更强,操作手感大大提高,增强自锁力。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本实用新型所提供的自锁式钻夹头包括钻体1、螺母3、夹爪4、自锁结构、旋转套2,所述旋转套2设置两端固定在旋转套2上的凸弹簧片8,与螺母3固定连接的圈件5上设置与所述凸弹簧片8的凸部配合的第一凹槽51和第二凹槽52。圈件5为金属螺母套,其套在螺母外并过盈配合,将两个螺母半体合成一个完整螺母。
如图2所示,第一凹槽51为对应所述钻夹头处在自锁状态时的凹槽,钻夹头进入自锁状态时,所述凸弹簧片8的凸部进入第一凹槽51,通过凸部与第一凹槽51的配合形成定位,保持自锁状态。如图3所示,所述第二凹槽52为对应所述钻夹头处在从自锁状态转换到解锁状态后的凹槽,当旋转套旋至凸弹簧片8的凸部进入第二凹槽时,所述所述钻夹头处在从自锁状态转换到解锁状态,通过凸部与第二凹槽52的配合形成定位,保持解锁状态。
所述自锁结构包括处在钻体1上的一圈齿11以及设置在圈件5上的可转动的锁块6,所述齿11可为棘齿,圈件5上还设置有弹簧片7,所述旋转套2上设置压迫弹簧片7的第一部位21以及压迫锁块6的第二部位22,通过第一部位21压迫弹簧片7,使弹簧片7转而压迫锁块6,使锁块6转动而与齿11啮合,钻夹头进入自锁状态,当需解锁时,转动旋转套,当转至第二部位22压迫锁块6时,使锁块发生反转,脱离齿,所述旋转套2和所述齿11之间具有供锁块6抬起而与齿11脱离的间隙。采用这种结构,通过杠杆实现自锁和解锁切换,不会发生自锁结构内的干涉现象,能够提高操作手感、增强自锁力。
附图标号61为锁块的轴孔,附图标号37为锁块的转轴,附图标号62为锁块6与齿11啮合的端部,其安装在圈件5上。所述弹簧片7为可转动的弹簧片,附图标号36为固定在圈件5上的弹簧片转轴,弹簧片具有旋转套配合的部位72,以及与锁块配合的部位71。所述圈件上设置可转动的锁块及弹簧片,所述圈件上具有用于锁块转轴37及弹簧片转轴36安装之用的双层安装板53。安装板上设置轴36、37的安装孔54、55。
所述旋转套2内具有所述弹簧片的让位槽23。

Claims (3)

1.一种自锁式钻夹头,包括钻体、螺母、夹爪、自锁结构、旋转套,其特征在于所述旋转套设置两端固定在旋转套上的凸弹簧片,所述螺母或与螺母固定连接的圈件上设置与所述凸弹簧片的凸部配合的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,第一凹槽为对应所述钻夹头处在自锁状态时的凹槽,所述第二凹槽为对应所述钻夹头处在从自锁状态转换到解锁状态后的凹槽;
所述自锁结构包括处在钻体上的一圈齿以及设置在螺母或与螺母固定连接的圈件上的可转动的锁块,所述螺母上或与螺母固定连接的圈件上还设置有弹簧片,所述旋转套上设置压迫弹簧片的第一部位以及压迫锁块的第二部位,通过第一部位压迫弹簧片,使弹簧片转而压迫锁块,使锁块转动而与钻体上的齿啮合,钻夹头进入自锁状态,通过第二部位压迫锁块,使锁块发生反转,脱离齿,所述旋转套和所述齿之间具有供锁块抬起而与齿脱离的间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自锁式钻夹头,其特征在于所述弹簧片为可转动的弹簧片,所述旋转套内具有所述弹簧片的让位槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种自锁式钻夹头,其特征在于所述圈件上设置可转动的锁块及弹簧片,所述圈件上具有用于锁块转轴及弹簧片转轴安装之用的双层安装板。
