背景技术
[0002]随着人们生活水平和健康意识的不断提高,人们对于水果、蔬菜、食品上携带的泥土、砂石、农药残留的关注度也越来越高,食用这些被污染的食品会对人的健康带来极大的危害;通常饭店、宾馆等餐饮行业清洗水果蔬菜主要采用的还是人工清洗,部分饭店和宾馆为清洗效果好一般会添加化学洗涤剂辅助洗涤,这种洗涤方式不仅洗涤液残留严重,安全性较差,而且操作工人劳动强度高,工作效率低下。
[0003]现有技术中,水果与蔬菜通常泡在水中清洗,或者通过简单清洗机清洗,清洗容易消毒难,去污容易除农药残留维,常用的有机磷类除虫剂为脂溶性,其物理特性不易溶于水,所以用水冲洗解决不了农药残余问题;在水果和蔬菜清洗过程中,对致病细菌的消毒效果差,不适合批量果蔬的清洗与消毒。
