Abstract

一种电连接器组件,包括电连接器及对接连接器,电连接器包括设有若干第一端子槽的绝缘本体、固持于第一端子槽的第一端子、以及装设于绝缘本体顶面的盖体,盖体设有贯穿其顶面及底面的通孔,第一端子包括向绝缘本体顶面延伸的一对弹性对接部及向绝缘本体底面延伸的焊接部,弹性对接部分别横向延伸出导引部;对接连接器包括绝缘基体及固定在绝缘基体的第二端子,第二端子包括延伸出绝缘基体底面的针状对接部及延伸出绝缘基体顶面的接触部,电连接器与对接连接器沿上下方向对接时,针状对接部沿上下方向穿过通孔并无阻力地插入一对导引部之间,移动盖体以带动针状对接部平移至一对弹性对接部之间而实现电性连接,操作简单且不易损伤第一端子。

一种电连接器组件及其电连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件及其电连接器,该电连接器组件的第二端子可无阻力地插入第一端子且不易损伤第一端子。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利公告第201041915号所揭示的电连接器,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、盖体以及第一、第二端子,所述第二端子贯穿所述盖体并插入所述第一端子以使所述第一、第二端子电性导接,然,当所述第二端子插入所述第一端子时存在一定的阻力且容易损伤第一端子。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的电连接器进行改进。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器组件,该电连接器组件的第二端子可无阻力地插入第一端子且不易损伤第一端子。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种电连接器组件,包括电连接器及对接连接器,所述电连接器包括设有若干第一端子槽的绝缘本体、固持于所述第一端子槽的第一端子、以及装设于所述绝缘本体顶面的盖体,所述盖体设有贯穿其顶面及底面且与所述第一端子槽一一对应的通孔,所述第一端子包括向所述绝缘本体顶面延伸的一对弹性对接部及向所述绝缘本体底面延伸的焊接部,所述弹性对接部分别横向延伸出导引部;所述对接连接器包括绝缘基体及固定在所述绝缘基体的第二端子,所述第二端子包括延伸出所述绝缘基体底面的针状对接部及延伸出所述绝缘基体顶面的接触部,所述电连接器与所述对接连接器沿上下方向对接时,所述对接连接器的针状对接部沿上下方向穿过所述通孔并无阻力地插入所述一对导引部之间,移动所述盖体以带动所述针状对接部平移至所述一对弹性对接部之间而实现电性连接。
本实用新型还可以采用以下技术方案:
一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体的若干第一端子及可装设于所述绝缘本体顶面的盖体,所述绝缘本体包括呈矩阵排布且用以收容所述第一端子的第一端子槽,所述盖体设有与所述第一端子槽一一对应的通孔,所述通孔贯穿其顶面及底面,所述盖体沿所述绝缘本体的顶面可作平移,用来带动一插入所述电连接器的对接连接器实现与所述电连接器的电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器组件的第二端子可无阻力地插入第一端子,再移动盖体以带动针状对接部平移至一对弹性对接部之间而实现电性连接,从而使得操作简单方便且不易损伤第一端子。

【具体实施方式】
请参考图1至图4所示,本新型电连接器组件100包括电连接器101及对接连接器102,所述电连接器101包括绝缘本体1、收容于所述绝缘本体1的若干第一端子2及装设于所述绝缘本体1顶面的盖体3;所述对接连接器102包括绝缘基体4及固定于所述绝缘基体4的若干第二端子5。
所述绝缘本体1包括贯穿其顶面及底面的第一端子槽11及形成每一第一端子槽11的四个侧壁12,所述每一侧壁12在临近所述绝缘本体1顶面处设置有贯穿槽14,该贯穿槽14向上贯穿所述绝缘本体1的顶面及横向每一侧面13。
所述第一端子2固持于所述第一端子槽11,所述第一端子2包括第一主体部21、自所述第一主体部向所述绝缘本体1底面延伸的焊接部22、自所述第一主体部21向两侧延伸出的一对互相对立的弹性臂23以及自该对弹性臂23各自向所述绝缘本体1顶面延伸的弹性对接部24,所述焊接部22为固定在所述第一端子2底面的焊锡球,所述弹性对接部24分别横向延伸出导引部25,所述导引部25对立设置且各自向外侧延伸,其与所述弹性对接部24大致呈“八”字形(参考图4所示)。
所述盖体3设有贯穿其顶面31及底面32的通孔,所述通孔与所述第一端子槽11一一对应,所述通孔为漏斗状,其包括上部33及下部34,所述通孔的上部33的孔壁为倾斜的倒梯形,所述通孔的下部34孔壁为矩形,所述通孔的下部34的孔径等于所述上部33的梯形短边尺寸。
所述绝缘基体4设有与所述通孔对应的第二端子槽41,所述第二端子5固持于所述第二端子槽41,所述绝缘基体4的底面与所述盖体3的顶面31对接。
参考图3及图5所示,所述第二端子5包括第二主体部51、自所述第二主体部51向上延伸且露出于所述绝缘基体4顶面的接触部52、自所述第二主体部51向两侧延伸的固持部53以及自所述第二主体部51向下延伸且露出于所述绝缘基体4底面的针状对接部54,所述第二主体部51及固持部53收容于所述第二端子槽41内并与所述第二端子槽41相固持以稳定所述第二端子5,所述接触部52为固定在所述第二端子5顶面的焊锡球,所述针状对接部54设置为矩形结构,其包括相互对立且与所述弹性对接部24对接的对接面541、连接该对接面541的侧面542、以及连接对接面541和侧面542的下端面543,所述对接面541与所述侧面542之间设置成倾斜面结构544,所述下端面543与所述对接面541之间设置为倾斜面结构545,所述对接面541的尺寸大于所述侧面542尺寸,所述对接面541与所述侧面542之间的倾斜面544并未延伸至所述绝缘基体4的底面,所述倾斜面544与所述导引部25相互配合以方便所述针状对接部54与所述弹性对接部24的对接。
参考图5及图6所示,所述电连接器101与所述对接连接器102沿上下方向对接时,所述对接连接器102的针状对接部54沿上下方向穿过所述通孔并无阻力地插入所述导引部25之间,此时所述针状对接部54并未与所述弹性对接部24接触;移动所述盖体3以带动所述针状对接部54于贯穿槽13内平移至所述一对弹性对接部24之间,所述针状对接部54的对接面541与所述弹性对接部24电性接触,从而实现所述第一端子2与所述第二端子5的电性连接。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器组件的第二端子5无阻力地插入所述第一端子2的一对导引部25之间,再移动所述盖体3以带动所述第二端子5平移以使所述第一端子2与所述第二端子5实现电性导接,操作简单方便且不易损伤第一端子2;另外,本实用新型的第二端子5的针状对接部54设置为矩形结构,该设置可使所述弹性对接部24与所述针状对接部54的接触面积增大,不仅可以保证对接的可靠性,还能增加所述弹性对接部24与所述针状对接部54对接时的固持力。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳实施方式而已,不应以此限制本实用新型的范围,即凡是依本实用新型权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器组件,包括电连接器及对接连接器,所述电连接器包括设有若干第一端子槽的绝缘本体、固持于所述第一端子槽的第一端子、以及装设于所述绝缘本体顶面的盖体,所述盖体设有贯穿其顶面及底面且与所述第一端子槽一一对应的通孔,所述第一端子包括向所述绝缘本体顶面延伸的一对弹性对接部及向所述绝缘本体底面延伸的焊接部,所述弹性对接部分别横向延伸出导引部;所述对接连接器包括绝缘基体及固定在所述绝缘基体的第二端子,所述第二端子包括延伸出所述绝缘基体底面的针状对接部及延伸出所述绝缘基体顶面的接触部,其特征在于:所述电连接器与所述对接连接器沿上下方向对接时,所述对接连接器的针状对接部沿上下方向穿过所述通孔并无阻力地插入所述一对导引部之间,移动所述盖体以带动所述针状对接部平移至所述一对弹性对接部之间而实现电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述针状对接部设置为矩形结构,其包括相互对立且与所述弹性对接部对接的对接面以及连接该对接面的侧面,所述对接面的尺寸大于所述侧面。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述对接面与所述侧面之间设置成倾斜面结构。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述针状对接部具有连接对接面及侧面的下端面,所述下端面与所述对接面之间设置成倾斜面结构。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述对接面与所述侧面之间的倾斜面未延伸至所述绝缘基体的底面。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有形成每一第一端子槽的四个侧壁,所述每一侧壁在临近所述绝缘本体顶面处设置贯穿槽,所述贯穿槽向上贯穿所述绝缘本体的顶面及横向每一侧面。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述接触部为固定在所述第二端子顶面的焊锡球。
8.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体的若干第一端子及可装设于所述绝缘本体顶面的盖体,所述绝缘本体包括呈矩阵排布且用以收容所述第一端子的第一端子槽,所述盖体设有与所述第一端子槽一一对应的通孔,所述通孔贯穿其顶面及底面,其特征在于:所述盖体沿所述绝缘本体的顶面可作平移,用来带动一插入所述电连接器的对接连接器实现与所述电连接器的电性连接。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有形成每一第一端子槽的四个侧壁,所述每一侧壁在临近所述绝缘本体顶面处设置贯穿槽,所述贯穿槽向上贯穿所述绝缘本体的顶面及横向每一侧面。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一端子包括向所述绝缘本体顶面延伸的一对弹性对接部及向所述绝缘本体底面延伸的焊接部,所述一对弹性对接部分别横向延伸出导引部。
