Abstract

在中低速车辆上使用的梯形制动装置,电梯形断面的两个半圆形制动带4与制动鼓3、悬挂轴1组成,主要特征是具有梯形断面的制动带4与制动鼓3上的梯形槽摩擦。由于采用梯形断面的圆弧槽式制动装置,加大了有效摩擦面积,使摩擦力得到提高,因而增加了制动的可靠性。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种车辆的制动装置,特别是在中低速车辆上应用的制动装置。
一般车辆在制动时,摩擦副的几何形状对作用于摩擦副上的力没有放大作用,且结构复杂。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的车辆制动装置,它能够将施加在摩擦副上用于刹车的力通过摩擦副的几何形状得到放大,提高制动效果。
具体结构结合附图1、附图2给出。
断面为梯形的两个半圆形制动带(4)与制动连板(2)嵌成一体,并且两个半圆形制动连板(2)悬挂于轴(1)上,当需制动时,在制动力的作用下,牵动拉线(5)压缩弹簧(6)制动连板(2)向中间收缩,使制动带(4)与制动鼓(3)接触产生制动力。
由于制动带(4)梯形面的两斜面楔入制动鼓(3)与制动鼓(3)的梯形槽两斜面接触,并使有效摩擦面积增大,因而提高了刹车力。

  1. 在中、低速车辆上使用的梯形制动装置,由梯形断面的两个半圆形制动带(4)与制动鼓(3)、悬挂轴(1)组成,其特征在于具有梯形断面的制动带(4)与制动鼓(3)上的梯形槽摩擦。
