背景技术
在现在技术中轴类的种类很多,许多用于传动的金属轴类件,在加工的过程中需要对其表面进行热处理。金属尤其是钢铁的表面经过热处理后,其晶格组织的排列方式将会改变,同时会产生内应力的变化,该内应力会使热处理后的零件产生变形,并会使零件的外壁上出现裂纹,裂纹会随着时间的延长,使得零件表面其它部位的内应力会逐渐向出现裂纹的部位转移,使得裂纹逐渐扩大加深,最终会导致轴类零件的断裂。

本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种新型台阶轴,所述台阶轴采用钛材料一体成型,由顺次连接的工型段、锥形过渡段、直径段、曲面段及半球体段组成,所述工型段中部上端外壁为上下对称的半圆形曲面,所述锥形过渡段的外壁呈逐渐向两侧外弯曲的渐变曲面,所述直径段外壁上设有外花键,所述曲面段中部为向两内侧凹陷的半圆形结构。

一种新型台阶轴,结构如图1所示,所述台阶轴采用钛材料一体成型,由顺次连接的工型段1、锥形过渡段2、直径段3、曲面段4及半球体段5组成,所述工型段1中部上端外壁为上下对称的半圆形曲面11,所述锥形过渡段2的外壁呈逐渐向两侧外弯曲的渐变曲面 21,所述直径段3外壁上设有外花键31,所述曲面段4中部为向两内侧凹陷的半圆形结构41。
另外,所述锥形过渡段2中心部开设有第一通孔22,所述曲面段4中心部开设有第二通孔42。第一通孔22与第二通孔42的作用是可以给台阶轴的安装提供便利。
所述外花键31由凸起的齿键32与下凹的齿槽33依次相邻构成。
所述工型段1高度为直径段3高度的两倍。所述工型段1长度为直径段3长度的二分之一。所述工型段1与直径段3高度与长度优选比例,可以增加该台阶轴的强度,使台阶轴能承受更大的扭力。
该台阶轴的工型段、锥形过渡段及曲面段结构使得内应力在该台阶轴外缘得到均匀化的分布,内应力不会集中在零件的边缘处使其产生裂纹,不仅增强整体强度,使台阶轴能承受更大的扭力,提高了其使用范围,而且安装方便。
