本实用新型公开了一种顶出装置,包括壳体、顶出件、转动件、驱动件和导向件,所述壳体为具有开口的中空结构,所述顶出件设置在所述壳体内,驱动件驱动转动件转动,转动件的转动带动顶出件沿壳体的周向转动并使顶出件朝向所述开口顶出,壳体内壁上设有导向槽,所述导向槽沿顶出件的顶出方向设置,所述导向件设置在顶出件的外壁上并可滑动的设置于导向槽中。本实用新型提供的顶出装置,不仅操作简便,而且结构简单、体积小巧,无需设置大块的磁铁,可减轻产品的重量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种顶出装置。
背景技术
目前,LED显示屏的维护包括前维护和后维护。后维护方式需要先取下后盖,然后从后面推出模组,操作过程比较复杂。前维护方式是从前面取出模组,前维护的LED显示屏可直接从前面取下模组,操作比较方便。而现有技术中的前维护方式,普遍的做法是在模组上安装大块的铁块,需要取出模组时,用大块的强力磁铁,通过磁吸来取出模组,在模组上安装大块的铁块不仅增加了产品的重量,而且增加了产品的体积。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种操作简便且体积小巧轻便的顶出装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种顶出装置,包括壳体、顶出件、转动件、驱动件和导向件,所述壳体为具有开口的中空结构,所述顶出件设置在所述壳体内,驱动件驱动转动件转动,转动件的转动带动顶出件沿壳体的周向转动并使顶出件朝向所述开口顶出,壳体内壁上设有导向槽,所述导向槽沿顶出件的顶出方向设置,所述导向件设置在顶出件的外壁上并可滑动的设置于导向槽中。
进一步地,所述转动件设置在所述顶出件内,转动件为一螺杆,顶出件为一螺套。
进一步地,还包括干簧管,所述干簧管与所述驱动件电连接。
进一步地,还包括电路板,所述电路板设置在所述壳体的外壁上,所述电路板与所述驱动件电连接。
进一步地,还包括第一限位开关和第二限位开关,所述第一限位开关和第二限位开关分别设置在所述电路板上并与电路板电连接,所述导向槽的底部设有开口,所述导向件伸出所述开口,导向件位于第一限位开关和第二限位开关之间。
进一步地,还包括垫片,所述垫片设置在所述顶出件上并位于所述壳体的开口端。
进一步地,所述导向槽和导向件的数量分别为两个,两个导向槽分别对称设置在所述壳体上,两个导向件分别对称设置在所述顶出件上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:驱动件驱动转动件转动,转动件带动顶出件沿壳体的周向转动并使顶出件朝向开口顶出,导向件设置在顶出件的外壁上并可滑动的设置于导向槽中,驱动件驱动转动件转动时,导向槽会阻止顶出件跟随转动件一起转动,并且顶出件朝向开口顶出,模组设置在顶出件前面,顶出件顶出时,会使模组被顶出;本实用新型的顶出装置,不仅操作简便,而且结构简单、体积小巧,无需设置大块的磁铁,可减轻产品的重量。

本实用新型最关键的构思在于:通过转动件与顶出件的配合,使顶出件朝开口方向顶出,不仅操作简便,而且结构简单。
请参阅图1和图2,一种顶出装置,包括壳体1、顶出件2、转动件3、驱动件4和导向件5,所述壳体1为具有开口的中空结构,所述顶出件2设置在所述壳体1内,所述转动件3设置在所述顶出件2内,转动件3与驱动件4传动连接,转动件3带动顶出件2沿壳体1的周向转动并朝向所述开口顶出,壳体1内壁上设有导向槽11,所述导向槽11沿顶出件2的顶出方向设置,所述导向件5设置在顶出件2的外壁上并位于导向槽11中。
从上述描述可知,本实用新型的有益效果在于:驱动件驱动转动件转动,转动件带动顶出件沿壳体的周向转动并使顶出件朝向开口顶出,导向件设置在顶出件的外壁上并可滑动的设置于导向槽中,驱动件驱动转动件转动时,导向槽会阻止顶出件跟随转动件一起转动,并且顶出件朝向开口顶出,模组设置在顶出件前面,顶出件顶出时,会使模组被顶出;本实用新型的顶出装置,不仅操作简便,而且结构简单、体积小巧,无需设置大块的磁铁,可减轻产品的重量。
进一步地,所述转动件3设置在所述顶出件2内,转动件3为一螺杆,顶出件2为一螺套。
进一步地,还包括干簧管6,所述干簧管6与所述驱动件4电连接。
由上述描述可知,设置干簧管,当需要取出模组时,可以用一个很小的磁铁在模组正面接近顶出装置,当干簧管感受到磁力时,电路接通,即可使驱动件转动,从而使顶出件顶出,操作简单方便。
进一步地,还包括电路板7,所述电路板7设置在所述壳体1的外壁上,所述电路板7与所述驱动件4电连接。
进一步地,还包括第一限位开关8和第二限位开关9,所述第一限位开关8和第二限位开关9分别设置在所述电路板7上并与电路板7电连接,所述导向槽11的底部设有开口,所述导向件5伸出所述开口,导向件5位于第一限位开关8和第二限位开关9之间。
由上述描述可知,导向件位于第一限位开关和第二限位开关之间,当导向件随顶出件移动触碰到第一限位开关时,电路断开,此时顶出件已移动到设定的顶出高度,模组被顶出,间隔一定时间后,在电路板的控制下,电路又会被接通,此时驱动件反向旋转,在螺纹的作用下,顶出件复位,当导向件触碰到第二限位开关时,电路被断开,驱动件停止转动,完成整个循环操作。
进一步地,还包括垫片10,所述垫片10设置在所述顶出件2上并位于所述壳体1的开口端。
由上述描述可知,顶出件上设置垫片,顶出件顶出时直接与模组接触,垫片可对模组起到保护作用,防止模组损坏。
进一步地,所述导向槽11和导向件5的数量分别为两个,两个导向槽11分别对称设置在所述壳体1上,两个导向件5分别对称设置在所述顶出件2上。
由上述描述可知,对称设置在两个导向槽和两个导向件,使顶出件被顶出时,移动更平稳。
请参照图1和图2,本实用新型的实施例一为:
一种顶出装置,包括壳体1、顶出件2、转动件3、驱动件4、导向件5、干簧管6、电路板7、第一限位开关8、第二限位开关9和垫片10,壳体1为具有开口的中空结构,顶出件2设置在壳体1内,转动件3和驱动件4分别设置在顶出件2内,转动件3与驱动件4传动连接,驱动件4为一马达,转动件3的转动带动顶出件2沿壳体1的周向转动并使顶出件2朝向所述开口顶出,本实施例中,顶出件2为一内部设有螺纹的螺套,转动件3为一螺杆,螺杆与螺套的螺纹相匹配。壳体1内壁上对称设有两个导向槽11,导向槽11沿顶出件2的顶出方向设置,导向件5的数量为两个,导向件5设置在顶出件2的外壁上并可滑动的设置于导向槽11中。垫片10设置在顶出件2上并位于壳体1的开口端。
电路板7设置在壳体1的外壁上,干簧管6设置在电路板7上,干簧管6和驱动件4分别与电路板7电连接。第一限位开关8和第二限位开关9分别设置在电路板7上并与电路板7电连接,靠近电路板7设置的导向槽11的底部设有开口,导向件5伸出开口,导向件5位于第一限位开关8与第二限位开关9之间。
本实施例的工作过程为:初始状态时,顶出装置处于收缩状态,当需要取出模组时,用一个很小的磁铁在模组正面接近顶出装置,干簧管6感受到磁力时接通,从而使整个电路接通,电路接通后,马达正向旋转,转动件3与马达传动连接,转动件3跟随马达一起旋转,由于顶出件2上设有导向件5,导向件5设置在壳体1上的导向槽11中,壳体1阻碍顶出件2旋转,在螺纹的作用下,顶出件2会向前移动,导向件5跟随顶出件2一起移动,当导向件5触碰到第一限位开关8时,电路短暂的断开,此时顶出件2已移动到设定的顶出高度,模组已被顶出,操作人员可轻松的将模组取出;在电路板7的控制下,电路短暂断开后再接通,此时,马达反向旋转,在螺纹的作用下,顶出件2复位,导向件5触碰到第二限位开关9后,电路被断开,马达停止转动,完成整个循环操作。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的顶出装置,不仅操作简便,而且结构简单、体积小巧,无需设置大块的磁铁,可减轻产品的重量。

Claims (7)

1.一种顶出装置,其特征在于,包括壳体、顶出件、转动件、驱动件和导向件,所述壳体为具有开口的中空结构,所述顶出件设置在所述壳体内,驱动件驱动转动件转动,转动件的转动带动顶出件沿壳体的周向转动并使顶出件朝向所述开口顶出,壳体内壁上设有导向槽,所述导向槽沿顶出件的顶出方向设置,所述导向件设置在顶出件的外壁上并可滑动的设置于导向槽中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述转动件设置在所述顶出件内,转动件为一螺杆,顶出件为一螺套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,还包括干簧管,所述干簧管与所述驱动件电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,还包括电路板,所述电路板设置在所述壳体的外壁上,所述电路板与所述驱动件电连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,还包括第一限位开关和第二限位开关,所述第一限位开关和第二限位开关分别设置在所述电路板上并与电路板电连接,所述导向槽的底部设有开口,所述导向件伸出所述开口,导向件位于第一限位开关和第二限位开关之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,还包括垫片,所述垫片设置在所述顶出件上并位于所述壳体的开口端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的顶出装置,其特征在于,所述导向槽和导向件的数量分别为两个,两个导向槽分别对称设置在所述壳体上,两个导向件分别对称设置在所述顶出件上。
