Abstract
一种挂车牵引架，适合于挂接运输设备的拖挂车箱，主要由三角牵引架、扇型军引板、连接销、自动回位装置和牵引销组成，自动回位装置由弹簧、回位销和弹簧固定装置组成，拔起回位销，扇型牵板可以连接销为圆心水平转动，便于挂接，挂接后，即可行驶，当直线向前行驶时，受弹簧弹力，回位销自动回位。该装置在挂接时有省时、省力、省油和便于挂接的优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种牵引运输设备拖挂车箱的牵引架。
现在使用的车辆拖挂牵引架，主要用于连接驱动装置和载货车箱，其不足之处在于不便挂接。当驱动装置的牵引卡与拖挂车箱的牵引架完全对准时，才能挂接上，由于驾驶员看不见车尾牵引卡，如只有驾驶员一人或遇重载时；经常要重复多次，才能完成挂接，费油、费时、费力，困难很大。
本实用新型的目的在于制造一种省时、省力、省油、便于挂接的牵引架。
本实用新型的目的由以下措施来实现：扇形牵引板插入三角牵引架中间，由连接销固定不做前后左右滑动，但可以连接销为园心水平转动，插上回位销，牵引板就固定在三角牵引架中间。回位销孔、连接销孔和牵引销孔都在牵引架的中心线上。挂接时如有偏差，拔出回位销转动牵引板，就可挂接，挂接完后即可行驶，当向前直线行驶时，回位销受到弹簧的弹力，自动插入回位销孔，就完成挂接的目的。

1为三角牵引架，2为扇形牵引板，3为牵引销孔，4为连接销，5为连接销孔，6为回位销，7为弹簧，8为回位销孔，9为弹簧固定装置。三角牵引架1和扇形牵引板2为两部分，扇形牵引板2插入三角牵引架1中，由连接销4固定，牵引销孔3和连接销孔5、回位销孔8都在牵引架的中心线上，弹簧7套在回位销6上，由弹簧固定装置9固定。
本实用新型与现有的牵引架相比，有省时、省力、省油，便于挂接的优点。

1、一种运输设备拖挂车箱的牵引架，其特征是：主要由三角牵引架，扇形牵引板，牵引销孔，连接销，连接销孔，回位销，弹簧，回位销孔，弹簧固定装置组成。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：三角牵引架和牵引板为两部分，牵引板插入三角牵引架中间，由连接销连接，可以连接销为园心水平转动。
3、如权利要求1和2所述的装置，其特征是：设置一自动回位装置，由回位销、弹簧和弹簧固定装置组成，在回位销上套一弹簧，由弹簧固定装置固定。
