本实用新型涉及架空电缆,尤其与一种高强度架空电缆的结构有关。
背景技术
现有的架空电缆存在耐火能力不高、绝缘与屏蔽效果不佳、导体线芯强度不够高、在恶劣环境下长期使用外套层由于积蓄的灰层水汽等存在被腐蚀、破损等情况,为了进一步提高架空电缆的可靠性和适用范围,需要对现有的架空电缆进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种高强度架空电缆,解决上述现有技术不足,提高架空电缆的护套层自清洁能力,避免灰层和水汽等长期覆着产生不利影响,同时提高电缆的导体强度,提高电缆的耐火性能。
为了实现本实用新型的目的,拟采用以下技术:
一种高强度架空电缆,其特征在于,从内到外依次包括线芯束、硅橡胶层和阻燃护套层,所述线芯束包括通过绝缘填充层包裹的多个导体,每个导体外设有屏蔽层,屏蔽层外设有阻水纤维层,所述导体是由多根钢芯和铜芯绞合形成,所述阻燃护套层外有纳米粒子涂覆层。
进一步,所述导体有3个。
进一步,所述硅橡胶层和阻燃护套层之间还设有铠装层。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、阻燃护套层外有纳米粒子涂覆层,利用纳米粒子的特性,提高护套层自清洁能力,避免灰层和水汽等长期覆着产生不利影响,保证电缆的可靠性、提高使用寿命;
2、采用绝缘填充层、硅橡胶层和阻燃护套层的组合,极大提高电缆的防护强度,并且提高了防火耐火等级,若是再硅橡胶层和阻燃护套层之间加入铠装层,可进一步提高电缆的可靠强度;
3、导体由多根钢芯和铜芯绞合形成,并通过绝缘填充层包裹,极大提高了线芯束的强度和绝缘性。

如图1所示,一种高强度架空电缆,从内到外依次包括线芯束、硅橡胶层4和阻燃护套层5,所述线芯束包括通过绝缘填充层3包裹的多个导体1,每个导体1外设有屏蔽层2,屏蔽层2外设有阻水纤维层2-3,所述导体1是由多根钢芯和铜芯绞合形成,所述阻燃护套层5外有纳米粒子涂覆层6。具体的,所述导体1有3个。
阻燃护套层5外的纳米粒子涂覆层6,利用纳米粒子的特性,提高阻燃护套层5自清洁能力,避免灰层和水汽等长期覆着产生不利影响,保证电缆的可靠性、提高使用寿命;采用绝缘填充层3、硅橡胶层4和阻燃护套层5的组合,极大提高电缆的防护强度,并且提高了防火耐火等级;优选的,所述硅橡胶层4和阻燃护套层5之间还设有铠装层,可进一步提高电缆的可靠强度。导体1由多根钢芯和铜芯绞合形成,并通过绝缘填充层3包裹,极大提高了线芯束的强度和绝缘性。

1.一种高强度架空电缆,其特征在于,从内到外依次包括线芯束、硅橡胶层(4)和阻燃护套层(5),所述线芯束包括通过绝缘填充层(3)包裹的多个导体(1),所述每个导体(1)外设有屏蔽层(2),屏蔽层(2)外设有阻水纤维层(2-3),所述导体(1)是由多根钢芯和铜芯绞合形成,所述阻燃护套层(5)外有纳米粒子涂覆层(6)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度架空电缆,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶层(4)和阻燃护套层(5)之间还设有铠装层。
