本实用新型公开了一种耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,包括有电缆内芯,电缆内芯由多根导体绞合组成,多根导体的两侧分别设有填充芯,每根导体外依次包覆有耐火层和绝缘层,电缆内芯外依次包覆有绕包层、屏蔽层、内护套和护套。本实用新型结构简单,聚烯烃材质的护套和导体外的耐火层完全能够适应在水中和干燥的船舱环境中工作,具有很高的防水性、绝缘性和耐火性,同时采用镀锡钢丝编织成船用电力电缆的外层铠装,提高了船用电力电缆的强度,还设置屏蔽层提高了船用电力电缆的屏蔽效果,并且在导体的两侧设置填充芯,起到了防潮和绝缘的作用。

本实用新型涉及一种耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆。 
背景技术
现有船用电力电缆的护套材料不具有很好的防水性,且导体大多采用铜线,绝缘性能不好,同时只具有一个屏蔽层和耐火层,屏蔽效果不佳,耐火性不好,现有船用电力电缆大多不带有铠装层,强度不高,还有导体之间没有设置保护装置,防潮性能不佳,绝缘性能不好。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,采用聚烯烃材料作为护套的材料,并在导体外设置耐火层来提高船用电力电缆的防水性、绝缘性和耐火性,同时采用镀锡钢丝编织成船用电力电缆的外层铠装,提高船用电力电缆的强度,还设置屏蔽层来提高船用电力电缆的屏蔽效果,并且在导体的两侧设置填充芯,起防潮和绝缘的作用。

一种耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,包括有电缆内芯,其特征在于:所述的电缆内芯由多根导体绞合组成,所述多根导体的两侧分别设有填充芯,每根导体外依次包覆有耐火层和绝缘层,所述的电缆内芯外依次包覆有绕包层、内护套和外护套。 
所述的耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的多根导体均为镀锡铜导体,多根导体的电阻率均小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m。 
所述的耐火交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述耐火层有二层,耐火层的耐温等级为800℃±50℃,耐火层的材质为耐火云母。 
所述的耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层的材质为交联聚乙烯。 
所述的耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套的材质为聚烯烃。

本实用新型结构简单,聚烯烃材质的护套和导体外的耐火层完全能够适应在水中和干燥的船舱环境中工作,具有很高的防水性、绝缘性和耐火性,同时采用镀锡钢丝编织成船用电力电缆的外层铠装,提高了船用电力电缆的强度,还设置屏蔽层提高了船用电力电缆的屏蔽效果,并且在导体的两侧设置填充芯,起到了防潮和绝缘的作用。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,包括有电缆内芯,电缆内芯由多根导体1绞合组成,多根导体1采用复式束绞,绞合节距比小于10倍;多根导体1的两侧分别设有填充芯8,每根导体外依次包覆有耐火层6和绝缘层2,电缆内芯外依次包覆有绕包层3、屏蔽层7、内护套4和外护套5。 
多根导体1均为镀锡铜导体,对拉丝后的铜导体进行镀锡处理,防止在加工过程和使用过程中的氧化现象,多根导体1的电阻率均小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m。 
耐火层6有二层,耐火层6的耐温等级为800℃±50℃,耐火层6的材质为耐火云母。 
绝缘层2的材质为交联聚乙烯;内护套4的材质为聚烯烃;外护套5采用镀锡钢丝编织而成。 
另外,本实用新型在出厂前需要检验项目有:导体直流电阻、绝缘电阻、交流耐压试验、电缆结构尺寸检查以及电缆外观标志检查。通常本实用新型的半成品要进行浸水电压或干式火花检验。

1.一种耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,包括有电缆内芯,其特征在于:所述的电缆内芯由多根导体绞合组成,所述多根导体的两侧分别设有填充芯,每根导体外依次包覆有耐火层和绝缘层,所述的电缆内芯外依次包覆有绕包层、屏蔽层、内护套和外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的多根导体均为镀锡铜导体,多根导体的电阻率均小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐火交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述耐火层有二层,耐火层的耐温等级为800℃±50℃,耐火层的材质为耐火云母。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层的材质为交联聚乙烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套的材质为聚烯烃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐火聚烯烃内护套钢丝编织铠装船用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套采用镀锡钢丝编织而成。
