[0001 ] 本实用新型涉及一种电缆,尤其是涉及一种纳米型超高耐火电力电缆。
背景技术
[0002] 现有耐火电缆技术在低压电缆上大量应用,电压等级为IkV及以下,电缆结构为采用耐火云母带实现耐火的功能,产品主要应用于城市中需要防火的建筑、公共场所等,从配电箱或变压器将电能输送到各用电单元。
[0003] 随着高层建筑的发展和防火等级的提高,及人们安全意识的加强,传统的云母带耐火电缆结构无法满足电缆中电场的设计要求,完全不适合,所以只有设计出跟传统耐火电缆完全不一样的结构才能同时满足电性能和耐火性能的要求。
[0004]目前,一般的低烟无卤耐火电力电缆内部结构主要采用在导体外包裹耐火层,以及外护套采用低烟无卤材料以达到耐火、低烟、无毒的性能。但是,现有的电缆在耐火性能上常常耐火时间太短,不能更好地适应高温环境的要求。
[0005] 纳米型超高耐火电力电缆打破以往电缆耐火时间,国际标准BS6387规定950°C,3个小时耐火试验,而纳米型超高电缆耐火达到3小时,1800°C,这将是电缆行业中一大突破,填补国内外一项空白,此电缆突出材料特性和耐火性能,可以适用电力电缆、控制电缆、矿用电缆等多种电缆领域。
发明内容
[0006] 本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种纳米型超高耐火电力电缆。
[0007] 本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种纳米型超高耐火电力电缆,其特征在于,包括由若干绝缘线芯绞合而成的缆芯,各绝缘线芯之间填充的纳米耐火层,以及在缆芯外依次挤包的绕包软铝镁合金带、绕包纳米复合带和无卤阻燃护套。
[0008] 所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体以及依次包覆在铜导体外的纳米复合带、金属带、PE套构成。
[0009] 所述的纳米复合带在暗火条件下耐高温范围可达到350〜3000°C。
[0010] 所述的金属带为软铝镁合金带。具有抗撞击功能,强度高、耐火温度可达到24000C,能代替钢带作用,而且重量轻。

[0013] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型纳米型超高耐火电力电缆具有超高耐火,在3小时、1800°C稳定下正常工作。导体长期允许工作温度为超过70°C。短路时(最长持续时间不超过5秒)。电缆导体的最高温度不超过165°C。电缆不受敷设落差限制,重量轻弯曲性能好。电缆安装维护简单方便,电缆敷设时环境温度不低于0°C,具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、载流量大。
[0014] 本实用新型纳米型超高耐火电力电缆是一项历史性的突破,国内外目前还没有电缆可以耐火1800°C,纳米型超高耐火电力电缆具有3小时1800°C优势,载流量大、耐撞击,耐腐蚀等优点,而且成本相比比矿物绝缘电缆要低。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米型超高耐火电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体⑴以及依次包覆在铜导体⑴外的纳米复合带(2)、金属带(3)、PE套(4)构成。
