本实用新型公开了一种水轮机主轴密封装置，包括主轴（1），在所述主轴（1）上设置有密封套（2），在所述密封套（2）外壁上设置有密封体（3），在所述密封套（2）与密封体（3）的接触面间设置有螺纹密封机构。本实用新型具有结构简单、成本低廉、使用可靠的优点，采用它能够对水流形成阻力，阻止了水流的进入及快速通过，起到密封水流的作用，提高了电站运行的经济性。

本实用新型涉及一种水轮机，特别是一种水轮机主轴密封装置。
背景技术
目前，在水轮机主轴上，其常规无接触式密封多采用间隙及容积变化改变压力来进行密封。在密封体上设置多条尺寸不同的减压密封槽，增大了进入密封槽中水流的流动行程，同时改变进入密封水流的容积，使之流速及压力同时降低，增大排挤阻力，使进入密封的水流减少以起到密封的作用。在靠近密封末端的密封槽上开设了两根软管，将流速及压力降低后的水流引至集水井，减少机坑内的漏水。虽然这种结构可行，但是，此密封对水流方向并无作用力，对水流的密封效果则相对减弱，仍有大量的密封漏水进入集水井，造成集水井排水泵频繁启动，影响电站设备的使用寿命及运行的经济性。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种能够有效防止漏水现象发生的水轮机主轴密封。
本实用新型的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的，一种水轮机主轴密封装置，包括主轴，在所述主轴上设置有密封套，在所述密封套外设置有密封体，在所述密封套与密封体的接触端面间设置有螺纹密封机构。
其中，在所述密封套的外端面设置有反螺纹，在所述密封体上且与密封套相对应的面设置有正螺纹；或者，在所述密封套的外端面设置有正螺纹，在所述密封体上且与密封套对应的壁上设置有反螺纹。
进一步描述，所述正螺纹和反螺纹均为梯形螺纹。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型具有结构简单、成本低廉、使用可靠的优点，采用它能够对水流形成阻力，阻止了水流的进入及快速通过，起到密封水流的作用，提高了电站运行的经济性。

实施例1：如图1所示，一种水轮机主轴密封装置，包括主轴1，在所述主轴1上设置有密封套2，在所述密封套2外设置有密封体3，在所述密封套2与密封体3的接触端面间设置有螺纹密封机构。
在所述密封套2的外端面设置有反螺纹，在所述密封体3上且与密封套2对应的壁上设置有正螺纹。
实施例2：在所述密封套2的外端面设置有正螺纹，在所述密封体3上且与密封套2对应的壁上设置有反螺纹。
为了密封的效果更好，所述正螺纹和反螺纹均为梯形螺纹。
由于受到正、反螺纹的作用，水流通过此密封处时，受到阻力，水流进入的速度大大减小，起到了密封水流的作用。

1.一种水轮机主轴密封装置，包括主轴（1），在所述主轴（1）上设置有密封套（2），在所述密封套（2）外设置有密封体（3），其特征是：在所述密封套（2）与密封体（3）的接触端面间设置有螺纹密封机构；在所述密封套（2）的外端面设置有反螺纹，在所述密封体（3）上且与密封套（2）对应的壁上设置有正螺纹；或，在所述密封套（2）的外端面设置有正螺纹，在所述密封体（3）上且与密封套（2）对应的壁上设置有反螺纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的水轮机主轴密封装置，其特征是：所述正螺纹和反螺纹均为梯形螺纹。
