背景技术
目前蔬菜和花卉种植使用温室种植棚越来越多,但南方天气的特点是,夏季天气特别炎热,因此这个季节种植棚的结构设计将对散热降温效果以及使用成本产生较大的影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种温室种植棚,在不影响低温天气保温使用的情况下,特别针对夏季高温天气做了散热设计,其设计简单高效,使用方便。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种温室种植棚,主要包括棚基、棚架和顶棚,其特征在于所述的顶棚为左右对称的双拱形结构,顶棚中部为棚顶排水沟,排水沟两侧至左右棚顶最高处之间的顶棚上分别设计一个长方形上通风口,棚顶上安装用于遮蔽和打开上通风口的卷帘,卷帘下端连接卷帘滚轴,棚的左右两侧分别设置侧通风窗。
其利用空气对流的原理,夏季棚内温度高时,热空气自动上升的特点,设计双拱形棚顶的设计,并在左右棚顶最高处和顶棚正中间下拱处之间的斜面上设置上通风口,当打开顶棚上的卷帘和侧面通风窗时,上通风口下方棚内的热气由于温室效应温度比棚外高,使空气向棚外流动,从而带动侧面通风窗外面的空气流向棚内,侧面通风窗外面的空气因为接近地面因此温度较低,棚内外空气如此不断流动,使棚内保持较低温度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:它巧妙利用空气对流原理在高温天气给种植棚降温,整体结构设计简单,降温散热效果好,使用成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种温室种植棚,主要包括棚基(1)、棚架(2)和顶棚(3),其特征在于所述的顶棚(3)为左右对称的双拱形结构,顶棚(3)中部为棚顶排水沟(6),排水沟(6)两侧至左右棚顶最高处之间的顶棚上分别设计一个长方形上通风口(5),顶棚(3)上安装用于遮蔽和打开上通风口(5)的卷帘(4),卷帘(4)下端连接卷帘滚轴(8),棚的左右两侧分别设置侧通风窗(7),图2中A点到B点位置为上通风口(5)的宽度。
夏季棚内温度高时,热空气自动上升,利用电机带动卷帘滚轴(8)向上卷起卷帘(4),同时打开棚两侧的侧通风窗(7)时,上通风口(5)下方棚内的热气由于温室效应温度比棚外高,使空气上升向棚外流动,从而带动侧通风窗(7)外面的空气流向棚内,侧通风窗(7)外面的空气因为接近地面,大棚基地地表阴凉潮湿,因此温度较低,棚内外空气如此不断流动,使棚内保持较低温度。
