技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种U型钢支架卡缆，该卡缆可以广泛适用于不同U型钢支架的搭接。
背景技术
U型钢支架卡缆是为U型钢支架提供一种可靠的连接固件，能够有效的提高U型钢支架连接的可靠性，提高巷道使用寿命，降低巷道的维修率，减少安全事故的发生。U型钢搭接长度一般在400mm，制造工艺简单，安装操作方便，且具有用料省、成型稳定、加工效率高及投资低效益高等优点。U型钢支架卡缆作为U型钢支架的连接固件，要求安全稳定，坚固耐久。现在一般U型钢支架卡缆，由于工作阻力不够，连接件易松动，支架变形严重时卡缆发生断裂失效，造成了巨大的经济损失。因此设计一种增大工作阻力，提高U型钢支架使用寿命的卡缆至关重要。
发明内容
针对上述技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种增大U型钢和卡缆之间工作阻力，提高支架稳定性能的U型钢支架卡缆。
一种U型钢支架卡缆，是由上卡缆板，下卡缆板，卡缆螺栓和U型钢组成，其特征在于上卡缆板设有一个凸起，凸起的外轮廓与U型钢内表面吻合，增加了卡缆板与U型钢的接触面积，提高卡缆板的工作阻力。
作为改进，上卡缆板采用Q345低碳钢，凸起处的外轮廓与U型钢的内表面吻合。
作为改进，卡缆螺栓采用与U型钢材质相对应的圆钢制作，规格为M24。
作为改进，下卡缆板采用Q345低碳钢。
本实用新型的有益效果是：U型钢支架卡缆与普通卡缆的施工工艺相同，对要搭接的两根U型钢，先安置卡缆板，再用螺栓固定。上卡缆板凸起的外轮廓与U型钢内表面吻合，增加了卡缆板与U型钢的接触面积，提高卡缆的工作阻力。有效的解决了由于工作阻力不足而产生的连接件松动、甚至失效问题，制造工艺简单，安装操作方便，满足U型钢支架的连接要求，工程效益显著。

具体实施方式
参见图1，说明如下：U型钢支架卡缆与普通卡缆的施工工艺相同，对要搭接的两根U型钢，先安置卡缆板，再用螺栓固定。上卡缆板凸起的外轮廓与U型钢内表面吻合，增加了卡缆板与U型钢的接触面积，提高卡缆的工作阻力。
如附图1所示，一种U型钢支架卡缆是由上卡缆板（1）、下卡缆板（2）、U型钢（3）和螺栓（4）组成，其特征在于：上卡缆板设有一个凸起，凸起的外轮廓与U型钢内表面吻合，增加了卡缆板与U型钢的接触面积，提高卡缆板的工作阻力。
作为改进，上卡缆板采用Q345低碳钢，凸起处的外轮廓与U型钢的内表面吻合。
作为改进，卡缆螺栓采用与U型钢材质相对应的圆钢制作，规格为M24。
作为改进，下卡缆板采用Q345低碳钢。
为了保证卡缆和U型钢有足够的工作阻力，对不同型号的U型钢采用不用规格的卡缆板，确保上卡缆板与U型钢接触面吻合。

1.一种U型钢支架卡缆，是由上卡缆板（1）、下卡缆板（2）、U型钢（3）和卡缆螺栓（4）组成，其特征在于：上卡缆板设有一个凸起，凸起的外轮廓与U型钢内表面吻合，增加了卡缆板与U型钢的接触面积，提高卡缆板的工作阻力。
2.根据权利要求1中所述一种U型钢支架卡缆，其特征是：上卡缆（1）采用Q345低碳钢，凸起处的外轮廓与U型钢的内表面吻合。
3.根据权利要求1中所述一种U型钢支架卡缆，其特征是：卡缆螺栓采用与U型钢材质相对应的圆钢制作，规格为M24。
