本实用新型具体涉及一种循环流化床锅炉。
背景技术
循环流化床锅炉原设计的播煤风管、输煤风管与炉体均为钢管硬连接，锅炉炉体的膨胀与播煤风管、输煤风管膨胀不一致，在锅炉实际运行时，锅炉本体膨胀下沉60-80mm，播煤风管和输煤风管没有膨胀补偿，所以导致两个风管与炉体的连接处易出现开裂，造成煤灰、粉尘、炉渣在正压时大量喷出，影响正常操作和现场环境。每次开停车都需进行焊补。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术循环硫化床锅炉的播煤风管、输煤风管与锅炉炉体之间采用钢管硬连接，受膨胀率不同的影响，两个风管与炉体的连接易出现开裂的缺陷，提供一种两个风管与炉体之间不易开裂的循环流化床锅炉。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的：
即一种循环流化床锅炉，包括炉体，炉体上设有与播煤风管、输煤风管连接用的两个接口，其特征在于两个接口与播煤风管、输煤风管之间通过软连接管连接。
作为本实用新型的一个优选方案：所述软连接管为衬钢丝透明管。
本实用新型具有结构简单、成本低、工作稳定可靠的优点。播煤风管、输煤风管通过一段软连接管与炉体连接，客服了原先两个风管与炉体之间采用硬连接易出现开裂的缺陷。

如图1所示：炉体1上部设有与输煤风管5连接的接口7，接口7与输煤风管5之间采用软连接管6连接，炉体1下部设有与播煤风管4连接的接口2，接口2与播煤风管4之间采用软连接管3连接。
本实用新型的播煤风管4、输煤风管5分别通过软连接管3、软连接管6与炉体连接，客服了原先两个风管与炉体1之间采用硬连接易出现开裂的缺陷。
软连接管3、软连接管6为衬钢丝透明管。

1.一种循环流化床锅炉，包括炉体，炉体上设有与播煤风管、输煤风管连接用的两个接口，其特征在于两个接口与播煤风管、输煤风管之间通过软连接管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的循环流化床锅炉，其特征在于所述软连接管为衬钢丝透明管。
