本实用新型公开一种外加厚高真空隔热油管,属于油田油井管技术领域。它包括外管1、内管2、隔热材料3、接箍6，其外管1两端为外加厚结构，外管1两端加厚处加工有API标准外加厚油管螺纹。本实用新型结构简单，加工方便，由于连接螺纹采用API标准外加厚油管螺纹，在确保螺纹连接强度的同时，螺纹密封的可靠性也大大提高，连接螺纹间不安装非金属密封环，给油井作业带来方便。

本实用新型涉及一种外加厚高真空隔热油管,属于油田油井管技术领域。
背景技术
隔热油管是注蒸汽开采稠油必备的井下工具之一,利用隔热油管注汽,能使更多的热量进入油层,提高到达井底的蒸汽干度,从而获得更好的稠油开发增产的效果。目前使用的隔热油管外管均为平式结构，为了提高联接强度，外管两端联接螺纹采用API标准偏梯形套管螺纹，与API标准油管螺纹比较，虽然API标准偏梯形套管螺纹连接强度高，但其密封性能差，目前在隔热油管螺纹连接中采用增加非金属密封环来提高螺纹连接的密封可靠性，给加工制造增加了难度，而且由于非金属密封环容易损坏，在完成一个注汽周期作业后，需要更换部分损坏的非金属密封环，从而增大了油井作业的工作量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外加厚高真空隔热油管，螺纹联接处无需加装非金属密封环，给加工、作业带来方便。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它包括外管、内管、隔热材料、接箍，其外管两端为外加厚结构，外管两端加厚处加工有API标准外加厚油管螺纹。加工制造程序是：首先对外管进行端部外加厚镦粗，对内管进行镦粗扩口，然后对外管内表面和内管外表面进行喷砂除锈，并一起放入炉内加热除气，内管外表面缠绕隔热材料并加装扶正器后将其放入外管内，先将一端环焊缝焊接，将内管加热进行预应力处理后再将另一端环焊缝焊接，对外管和内管之间的环空抽真空，堵头以电阻焊的方式对外管的抽气孔进行封堵，外管两端加厚处加工API标准外加厚油管螺纹，均匀涂抹螺纹脂后上接箍，接箍与外管通过API标准外加厚油管螺纹连接，完成外加厚高真空隔热油管制造。
本实用新型结构简单，加工制造方便，由于连接螺纹采用API标准外加厚油管螺纹，在确保螺纹连接强度的同时，螺纹密封的可靠性也大大提高，由于连接螺纹间不用安装非金属密封环，给油井作业带来极大方便。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述，它包括外管1、内管2、隔热材料3、接箍6，其外管1两端为外加厚结构，外管1两端加厚处加工有API标准外加厚油管螺纹。加工制造程序是：首先对外管1进行端部外加厚镦粗，对内管2进行镦粗扩口，然后对外管1内表面和内管2外表面进行喷砂除锈，并一起放入炉内加热除气，内管2外表面缠绕隔热材料3并加装扶正器4后将其放入外管1内，先将一端环焊缝焊接，将内管2加热进行预应力处理后再将另一端环焊缝焊接。对外管1和内管2之间的环空抽真空，堵头5以电阻焊的方式对外管1的抽气孔进行封堵，外管1两端加厚处加工API标准外加厚油管螺纹，均匀涂抹螺纹脂后上接箍6，接箍6与外管1通过API标准外加厚油管螺纹连接，完成外加厚高真空隔热油管制造。
