Abstract

技术领域：
本实用新型属于一种管件连接部件，特别涉及一种建筑燃气铝塑复合管用活接头，该接头用于建筑燃气铝塑复合管与燃气表、燃具和管道的连接。
背景技术：
目前，居住建筑燃气铝塑复合管与燃气表、燃具和管道连接时采用承插式、卡套式和卡压式接头，其特点为一次性使用的径向密封接头。详见CJ/T 110-2000、CJ/T 111-2000和CJ/T190-2004.
管材与管件连接时，用端面的垫片密封而不是用螺纹密封的直螺纹接头应防止密封面变形；垫片密封面会产生变形（垫片四周受挤压）的结构不得用于B类流体（易燃易爆气体），B类流体（城镇燃气）应采用垫片密封面不会产生变形的结构（平面密封）。详见GB 50316-2000（2008年版）。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足，而提供一种建筑燃气铝塑复合管用活接头，该接头可重复使用、可保证密封垫不变形、可有效地提高接头连接的密封性能。
如上构思，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种建筑燃气铝塑复合管用活接头，其特征在于：包括带密封面的直螺纹连接短管、直螺纹锁母、密封垫和带密封面的连接套管；在铝塑复合管的端头上固定插入带密封面的连接套管，并且在该端头上、连接套管外装入直螺纹锁母；带密封面的直螺纹连接短管旋入直螺纹锁母内，并且通过压紧放置在连接套管密封面上的密封垫与连接套管形成平面密封。
本实用新型还可以采用如下的技术措施：
所述连接短管的两端均为直螺纹。
所述连接短管的一端为直螺纹，另一端为圆锥内螺纹。
所述连接套管的底部为密封面，该密封面中心的通气孔与铝塑复合管的内径相等，铝塑复合管的端头可垂直紧配合插入连接套管底部，插入后的两部件接触处采用熔接密封。
本实用新型具有如下的优点和积极效果：
1、本实用新型可保证密封垫不变形、可有效地提高接头连接的密封性能。
本实用新型中的铝塑复合管与连接套管之间形成轴向静密封，同时，带密封面的直螺纹连接短管旋入直螺纹锁母内，并且通过压紧放置在连接套管密封面上的密封垫与连接套管形成平面密封，因此，使密封垫平面均匀受力，从而可保证密封垫不变形，使本实用新型可用于B类流体。
2、本实用新型可拆卸重复使用，密封垫可更换。

具体实施方式：
如图所示：一种建筑燃气铝塑复合管用活接头，在铝塑复合管（PAP管）5的端头首先装入直螺纹金属锁母2，然后再插入带密封面的PE连接套管4，该连接套管的底部为密封面，该密封面中心的通气孔与铝塑复合管的内径相等，铝塑复合管的端头可垂直紧配合插入连接套管底部，插入后的两部件接触处采用熔接密封，使PAP管5和PE连接套管4之间密封并牢固结合。PE连接套管4密封面处放置丁晴橡胶密封垫3，然后将带密封面的直螺纹金属连接短管1旋入直螺纹金属锁母2，使其与丁晴橡胶密封垫3的密封面平面压紧，形成平面密封，使密封垫平面均匀受力，从而可保证密封垫不变形，可有效地提高接头连接的密封性能，使本实用新型可用于B类流体。
上述连接短管一端为直螺纹，另一端可为圆锥内螺纹与管件和用具连接；连接短管也可两端均为直螺纹。

1.一种建筑燃气铝塑复合管用活接头，其特征在于：包括带密封面的直螺纹连接短管、直螺纹锁母、密封垫和带密封面的连接套管；在铝塑复合管的端头上固定插入带密封面的连接套管，并且在该端头上、连接套管外装入直螺纹锁母；带密封面的直螺纹连接短管旋入直螺纹锁母内，并且通过压紧放置在连接套管密封面上的密封垫与连接套管形成平面密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑燃气铝塑复合管用活接头，其特征在于：所述连接短管的两端均为直螺纹。
