Abstract

外壁有环形凹槽的套管，应用于油田井下固井。包括本体和接箍组成，在圆管的两段分别有标准螺纹；在本体的一端螺纹连接有接箍，在本体的外壁上有环形凹槽，所述的环形凹槽的深度为2.5mm，宽度为1mm；两个环形凹槽之间的距离在1～5mm之间；本体上环形凹槽的起始位置距离本体的一端端面600～650mm；本体上环形凹槽的结束位置距离本体的另一端端面600～650mm。效果是：使得固井水泥浆镶嵌到环形凹槽之间去，增加水泥环与套管的胶结强度，避免后期作业导致水泥环的破坏。而环形凹槽还能够大幅度降低天然气在环空的渗流速度，使得环空气体的渗漏量能够进一步降低，从而降低井口的危险程度。

本实用新型涉及油田井下管材技术领域，特别涉及一种井下套管，是一种外壁有环形凹槽的套管。
背景技术
在油田完成一口井的钻井施工后，需要在井内下入套管，在套管外壁与井筒内壁之间注入水泥浆。水泥浆凝固后，将套管固定在井内。目前，公知的套管由本体和接箍组成，本体为圆管，在圆管的两段分别有API标准螺纹；在本体的一端螺纹连接有接箍。在固井工程中，将多根套管连接起来下入井内。将水泥浆由套管中心注入，水泥浆被注入到套管外的环空并凝固，形成水泥环，水泥环能封固套管、封隔油气水层。
由于套管本体表面光滑，水泥环在套管表面胶结比较脆弱，容易受到作业因素影响而产生裂纹，导致地层高压天然气从水泥环与套管的胶结面渗漏到井口，造成井口憋压，严重的会造成井口套管损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种外壁有环形凹槽的套管，在套管本体表面有环形凹槽，在环形凹槽内有水泥浆凝固，能够增强水泥环在套管表面的胶结强度，能够减缓天然气在环空的渗漏。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：外壁有环形凹槽的套管，包括本体和接箍组成，本体为圆管，在圆管的两段分别有标准螺纹；在本体的一端螺纹连接有接箍，其特征在于：在本体的外壁上有环形凹槽，所述的环形凹槽的深度为2.5mm，宽度为1mm；两个环形凹槽之间的距离在1～5mm之间；本体上环形凹槽的起始位置距离本体的一端端面600～650mm；本体上环形凹槽的结束位置距离本体的另一端端面600～650mm。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型外壁有环形凹槽的套管，套管本体外表面上有环形凹槽，在注水泥固井时，水泥浆会镶嵌到环形凹槽中并凝固，提高水泥凝固环与套管之间的胶结程度，在水泥凝固环凹凸状胶结面上增加天然气渗漏上窜的阻力，减缓天然气在环空的渗漏，降低气井环空带压的风险。

参阅图1。本实用新型外壁有环形凹槽的套管，包括本体1和接箍2组成，本体1为圆管，本体1壁厚比普通套管本体加厚3mm。在圆管的两段分别有API标准螺纹。在本体1的一端螺纹连接有接箍2。
在本体1的外壁上有环形凹槽，所述的环形凹槽的深度为2.5mm，宽度为1mm；两个环形凹槽之间的距离1mm。本体1上环形凹槽的起始位置距离本体1的一端端面600mm；本体1上环形凹槽的结束位置距离本体1的另一端端面620mm。
