Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种伸缩装置,其包括外管,套装在外管内的内管以及设置在外管和内管之间的衬套,内管的一端伸出外管外,内管的外表面上设置有滑槽,衬套的内表面上设置有卡入滑槽内的滑块,外管与衬套之间至少设置有一组锁紧机构,每组锁紧机构均包括两个相互抵靠的凸台,两个凸台分别一体成型在外管的内表面上和衬套的外表面上,两个凸台在内管和外管的相对转动下相互抵靠或者分离。本实用新型通过内、外管的相对转动来使两个相对的凸台相互抵靠来锁定伸缩装置,凸台分别一体成型在外管、衬套上,减少了零部件,避免零部件丢失,而且通过通过旋转即可以锁定或者解锁伸缩装置,操作方便,特别适用于三脚架的伸缩支脚。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种伸缩装置以及包含其的三脚架。
背景技术
现有的伸缩装置包括外管以及套装在外管内的内管,该内管伸出外管外,内管与外管之间设置锁紧机构,现在的锁紧机构从采用弹簧扣的方式,这种结构的伸缩装置在使用时会发出咔吱声,产生较大的噪音;弹簧扣的零部件(比如弹簧、钢扣)尺寸较小,容易丢失,影响伸缩装置的正常使用;而且这种结构需要在外管上设置多个卡孔,造成不能随意调节内管的伸出长度。
实用新型内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种不会发出噪音,零部件不易丢失,且可随意调节长度的伸缩装置。

(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种伸缩装置,其包括外管,套装在外管内的内管以及设置在外管和内管之间的衬套,内管的一端伸出外管外,内管的外表面上设置有滑槽,衬套的内表面上设置有卡入滑槽内的滑块,外管与衬套之间至少设置有一组锁紧机构,每组锁紧机构均包括两个相互抵靠的凸台,两个凸台分别一体成型在外管的内表面上和衬套的外表面上,两个凸台在内管和外管的相对转动下相互抵靠或者分离。
其中,内管的顶端安装有定位套,定位套设置于衬套的上方。
其中,内管上开设有定位孔,定位套上开设有与定位孔相配合的定位块。
其中,定位套由两块半套对合而成。
其中,定位套上也一体成型有凸台。
其中,凸台为沿轴线方向设置的楔块。
其中,凸台为沿轴线方向设置的弧形凸起。
其中,外管上开设有沿圆周方向的条形槽,衬套上设置有沿条形槽滑动的定位柱。
其中,衬套的外表面上开设有凹槽,外管的内表面上设置有沿凹槽滑动的凸块。
本实用新型提供一种三脚架,其包括基座,以及三支枢转地设置于基座周边的支脚,支脚包括上述伸缩装置。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过内、外管的相对转动来使两个相对的凸台相互抵靠来锁定伸缩装置,凸台分别一体成型在外管、衬套上,减少了零部件,避免零部件丢失,而且通过通过旋转即可以锁定或者解锁伸缩装置,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不能用来限制本实用新型的范围。
实施例一
本实用新型伸缩装置的立体结构如图1所示,其爆炸结构如图2所示,其剖视结构如图3所示,该伸缩装置包括外管1,套装在外管1内的内管以及设置在外管1和内管2之间的衬套3,内管2的一端伸出外管1外,内管2的外表面上设置有滑槽21,衬套3的内表面上设置有卡入滑槽21内的滑块(图中未示出),外管1与衬套3之间设置有一组锁紧机构,该组锁紧机构均包括两个相互抵靠的凸台5,两个凸台5分别一体成型在外管1的内表面上和衬套3的外表面上,外管1的凸台与衬套的外表面(凸台除外的外表面)之间留有间隙,衬套3上的凸台与外管1的内表面(凸台除外的内表面)之间留有间隙,两个凸台5在内管2和外管1的相对转动下相互抵靠或者分离。
内管2的顶端安装有定位套4,定位套4设置于衬套3的上方,限制内管的伸出长度,避免内管完全脱离外管。
内管2上开设有定位孔22,定位套4上开设有与定位孔22相配合的定位块(图中未示出)。
定位套4由两块半套41对合而成,便于定位套的安装;每个半套上都安装有一个上述定位块,使两个半套均固定安装在内管上。
定位套4上也一体成型有凸台5,该定位套4上的凸台5抵靠于外管1的凸台,并与外管的内表面(凸台除外的内表面)之间留有间隙,与外管之间也形成一道锁紧,双重锁紧,提高锁紧力。
凸台5为沿轴线方向设置的楔块,也可为沿轴线方向设置的弧形凸起,两个凸台可以是一个楔块,一个弧形凸起,或者可以是两个交错设置的楔块,或者可以是两个弧形凸起。
外管1上开设有沿圆周方向的条形槽12,衬套3上设置有沿条形槽12滑动的定位柱32,用于定位衬套的位置,并限制内、外管的转动角度,避免因旋转过头而出现卡死现象。
衬套3的外表面上开设有凹槽31,外管1的内表面上设置有沿凹槽31滑动的凸块11,进一步限定内、外管的转动角度,避免因旋转过头而出现卡死现象。
工作时,通过内外管的相对转动,带动衬套与外管之间相对转动,使两个凸台相互分离,分离后,内管能自由地进行伸缩,当伸出长度调节好后,只需内、外管相对转动一定角度,使两个凸台相互抵靠就可以实现锁紧。本实用新型减少了零部件,避免零部件丢失,而且只需通过旋转即可以锁定或者解锁伸缩装置,操作方便。
实施例二
如图4和图5所示,实施例二与实施一的不同点在于:上述锁紧机构为2组,该2组锁紧机构均匀布置,能进一步提高锁紧力。
实施例三
如图6所示,实施例三与实施一的不同点在于:上述锁紧机构为3组,该3组锁紧机构均匀布置,能进一步提高锁紧力。
实施例四
如图7所示,实施例四与实施一的不同点在于:上述锁紧机构为4组,该4组锁紧机构均匀布置,能进一步提高锁紧力。
一种三脚架包括基座,以及三支枢转地设置于基座周边的支脚,支脚包括上述伸缩装置。
以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩装置包括外管(1),套装在所述外管(1)内的内管以及设置在所述外管(1)和所述内管(2)之间的衬套(3),所述内管(2)的一端伸出所述外管(1)外,所述内管(2)的外表面上设置有滑槽(21),所述衬套(3)的内表面上设置有卡入所述滑槽(21)内的滑块,所述外管(1)与所述衬套(3)之间至少设置有一组锁紧机构,每组所述锁紧机构均包括两个相互抵靠的凸台(5),两个所述凸台(5)分别一体成型在所述外管(1)的内表面上和所述衬套(3)的外表面上,两个所述凸台(5)在外管(1)和内管(2)的相对转动下相互抵靠或者分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述内管(2)的顶端安装有定位套(4),所述定位套(4)设置于所述衬套(3)的上方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述内管(2)上开设有定位孔(22),所述定位套(4)上开设有与所述定位孔(22)相配合的定位块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述定位套(4)由两块半套(41)对合而成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述定位套(4)上也一体成型有所述凸台(5)。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述凸台(5)为沿轴线方向设置的楔块。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述凸台(5)为沿轴线方向设置的弧形凸起。
8.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述外管(1)上开设有沿圆周方向的条形槽(12),所述衬套(3)上设置有沿所述条形槽(12)滑动的定位柱(32)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩装置,其特征在于:所述衬套(3)的外表面上开设有凹槽(31),所述外管(1)的内表面上设置有沿所述凹槽(31)滑动的凸块(11)。
10.一种三脚架,其特征在于:所述三脚架包括基座,以及三支枢转地设置于所述基座周边的支脚,所述支脚包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的伸缩装置。
