本实用新型涉及注塑模具技术领域,具体涉及一种注塑模具顶针板防噪耐磨复位结构。
背景技术
顶针板顶出强制复位控制装置是一种机械结构,能有效合理控制顶针复位,确保合模过程中不会与其它模具零件/产品干涉,回复原来动作,以便进行下一轮的生产循环。目前所知的注塑模具顶针板强制复位机构大都采用复位顶杆下压摆动杆,摆动杆下压顶块带动顶针板复位,例如申请号为201220585170.7的实用新型专利“一种顶针板强制复位模具结构”,这样的结构设计简单方便,能有效防止顶针弹簧失效,顶针板不回位导致的模具压模现象,但同时部件之间摩擦比较大,容易发生磨损,且产生噪音。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种注塑模具顶针板防噪耐磨复位结构,其各部件之间通过采用滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦,同时还在接触部件表面增加了防噪耐磨区块,从而解决因部件之间摩擦比较大,容易发生磨损且产生噪音的问题,同时提高了模具使用寿命。
本实用新型提供的注塑模具顶针板防噪耐磨复位结构,包括上模、下模、复位顶杆、摆动杆、顶块、顶针板、底针板、导向块,所述复位顶杆紧固在上模;所述导向块固定安装于下模,与复位顶杆接触面上端为圆弧形,所述顶块固定安装于顶针板,顶块和导向块都设有耐磨区块;所述摆动杆一端通过固定螺栓安装于下模,可绕固定螺栓旋转,摆动端安装有大滚轮,所述大滚轮压装于顶块耐磨区块;所述顶针板和底针板分别对称安装有小滚轮。
本实用新型提供的注塑模具顶针板防噪耐磨复位结构,其有益效果在于,能有效防止模具生产过程中出现顶针板卡死不回位导致模具压模现象;有效合理控制生产节奏,提高产能;降低模具维修次数、成本;增加模具使用寿命,减小生产噪音。

参照图1,本实施例的注塑模具顶针板防噪耐磨复位结构,包括上模1、下模2、复位顶杆3、摆动杆4、顶块5、顶针板6、底针板7、导向块8,所述复位顶杆3紧固在上模1;所述导向块8固定安装于下模2,与复位顶杆3接触面上端为圆弧形,所述顶块5固定安装于顶针板6,顶块5和导向块8都设有耐磨区块;所述摆动杆4一端通过固定螺栓13安装于下模2,可绕固定螺栓13旋转,摆动端安装有大滚轮9,所述大滚轮9压装于顶块耐磨区块Ⅰ11;所述顶针板6和底针板7分别对称安装有小滚轮10。
合模时,复位顶杆3贴合导向块的耐磨区块Ⅱ12滑动,并下压摆动杆大滚轮9,所述大滚轮9下压顶块耐磨区块Ⅰ11,带动顶针板6向下滑动复位。大滚轮9可较大程度避免摆动杆4的磨损;导向块8、顶块5的耐磨区块可避免在与复位顶杆3、大滚轮9接触时产生噪音以及磨损;顶针板、底针板的小滚轮10可避免噪音以及顶针板6下滑时容易歪斜卡顿;导向块8与复位顶杆3接触面上端设计为圆弧形可避免碰撞,减小磨损。

1.一种注塑模具顶针板防噪耐磨复位结构,包括上模、下模、复位顶杆、摆动杆、顶块、顶针板、底针板、导向块,所述复位顶杆紧固在上模,所述摆动杆一端通过固定螺栓安装于下模,其特征在于:所述顶块和导向块都设有耐磨区块;所述摆动杆可绕固定螺栓旋转,摆动端安装有大滚轮,所述大滚轮压装于顶块耐磨区块;所述顶针板和底针板分别对称安装有小滚轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑模具顶针板防噪耐磨复位结构,其特征在于:所述顶块固定安装于顶针板。
