采用注塑模具生产塑料制品,例如汽车大灯的面罩,由于汽车大灯的面罩要求透明无暇,因此,注塑模具上的浇口必须采用侧进胶结构,以保证面罩内外表面光洁。传统技术的侧进胶结构多为片状侧进胶,优点是进胶速度快,模流均匀,流痕少。但缺点是浇口(成型后留在产品上的料柄)修剪麻烦,特别是为了与汽车大灯底壳装配更方便、牢靠,需要在面罩的侧壁部位设置装配结构,这样就与片状的浇口产生干涉,导致无法设置装配结构。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用多点进胶结构,互不干涉,结构简单,模流均匀,流痕少的注塑模具多点侧进胶机构。
本实用新型注塑模具多点侧进胶机构的技术方案是:包括模具型芯,型芯上设置模腔和流道,模腔中有注塑成型的产品,流道中有注塑成型后留下在料柄,其特征在于所述的型芯中设置浇口槽,浇口槽中设置浇口镶块,浇口镶块上设置至少3个依次排列的多点浇口,多点浇口连通流道和模腔,且多点浇口中注塑成型的多点料柄与产品的侧壁相连接。
