背景技术
目前自动化生产已经成为企业控制生产成本、提高生产效率和控制产品质量的迫切需求，为改变传统卧式真空滚揉机自动化实现困难高的问题，而采取的立式真空滚揉机，利用输送带和物料自重，从顶部进料、底部出料的工艺实现自动化应用，要采用此种工艺传统真空滚揉机的密封装置无法实现自动开启和关闭，也无法实现真空滚揉机密封时的罐体旋转需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种能对立式滚揉机实现自动密封、开启并满足罐体旋转需求的立式真空滚揉机密封装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案包括底座板、上盖板和下盖板，其特征在于，所述上盖板中部嵌有旋转板，所述上盖板与下盖板将旋转板夹住，所述上盖板和下盖板通过螺栓连接，所述旋转板外沿与上盖板和下盖板接触面上均设有轴承，垂直方向上为滚珠轴承，水平方向上为滚轴轴承，所述旋转盖板上侧设有通过螺栓固定的密封垫，所述上盖板左上侧设有两个挂耳，所述下盖板右下侧设有上对接座，所述下盖板下方设有油缸，所述油缸下侧设有抵座，所述底座左上侧设有固定座，所述油缸伸缩端和固定端通过销轴分别与对接座和固定座连接。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果：
1、通过油缸推拉实现自动开启、自动锁紧，工作效率高，减少了工作强度。
2、旋转板上设有的密封垫，通过油缸推顶与立式真空滚揉机开口密封紧凑，在真空负压下密封效果更加提升。
3、旋转板与上盖板和下盖板间设有轴承，使旋转盘与出料口实现同步转动，在保证密封性同时不影响设备运作。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括抵座1、上盖板2和下盖板3，其特征在于，所述上盖板2中部嵌有旋转板4，所述上盖板2与下盖板3将旋转板4夹住，所述上盖板2和下盖板3通过螺栓12连接，所述旋转板4外沿与上盖板2和下盖板3接触面上均设有轴承，垂直方向上为滚珠轴承5，水平方向上为滚轴轴承6，所述旋转盖板上侧设有通过螺栓12固定的密封垫7，所述上盖板2左上侧设有两个挂耳8，所述下盖板3右下侧设有上对接座9，所述下盖板3下方设有油缸10，所述油缸10下侧设有抵座1，所述抵座1左上侧设有固定座11，所述油缸10伸缩端和固定端通过销轴13分别与对接座和固定座11连接。
本实用新型的工作原理：本装置安置在立式真空滚揉机下方，挂耳8与立式真空滚揉机机架对接，使上盖板2和下盖板3能相对与筒体向下翻动，由油缸10推动下盖板3，使旋转板4上侧的密封垫7与筒体口重合，在油缸10推动下实现自动闭合和密封，当筒体转动时旋转板4在滚珠轴承5和滚轴轴承6的作用下跟随筒体旋转，完成工作后，油缸10收缩开启筒体口。
