本实用新型公开了一种束紧式直连轴,它以直连轴为载体,在直连轴的轴套端外壁上安装一对相合的半抱箍,用螺栓锁紧的半抱箍束紧直连轴的轴套端。所述直连轴的轴套端套壁上设有一条纵向开口槽,轴套端口部外壁设有内凹的环形槽用于嵌装半抱箍。直连的轴套端因设有开口槽,可随半抱箍的受压程度不同产生相应的微量变形,旋松螺栓便于配套电机的轴端插入,旋紧螺栓迫使轴套端直接束紧内置的电机外伸轴端。本实用新型结构简单,松紧调节容易,特别适合船用泵配套,可避免破坏性拆卸,大大提高维修效率,节省维修成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴件,具体地讲,本实用新型涉及一种用于两根同心轴连接的直连轴,特别是一种水泵与配套电机轴端相连的束紧式直连轴。
背景技术
直连轴属于一种常用机械传动件,它结构简单、制作容易、安装方便、连接可靠,已广泛应用于水泵、风机、减速机、空压机等装置与配套电机的连接。传统的直连轴是轴端与轴套一体化结构,整体结构的轴套直接与配套电机外伸轴端套合。现实中,大多数直连轴位于装置与配套电机的结合部,长期处于外露状况。工程中为了避免直连轴表面积尘、积垢和生锈,要求定期给予必要的保养。但是,船舶配套环境特殊,特别是船用水泵安装位置通常在机舱之中,因所处位置空间狭小,管道密布,难以实施正常的保养。另一方面是大多数船用水泵的工作介质是海水,直连轴及配套电机外伸轴端易受海水腐蚀。一旦船用水泵或配套电机发生损坏,维修需要作分离性拆开,因传统直连轴为整体结构的轴套,一些应用期长,锈蚀严重的直连轴轴套与配套电机轴端粘结,用手工工具不能正常分离,只能采取破坏性拆卸,破坏性拆卸显然增加用户维修成本。对于船舶这种浮动载体,更换配件的及时性往往很差,易造成误工损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对传统结构的直连轴内置整体结构轴套的不足,特别是轴套与配套电机外伸轴端锈蚀后难以拆卸的问题,提出一种同轴连接精度高、连接可靠、便于拆卸的束紧式直连轴,该轴内置的轴套端具有径向微量变形能力和径向锁紧结构。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
束紧式直连轴,它以直连轴为载体,在直连轴的轴套端外壁安装一对相合的抱箍,直接用螺栓锁紧的半抱箍束紧直连轴的轴套端。所述半抱箍为半圆环状构件,两边顺底平面设有外伸耳,一边外伸耳设有安装螺栓的通孔,另一边设有安置螺栓的螺孔。其改进之处在于:所述直连轴的轴套端套壁上设有一条纵开口槽,开口槽贯穿套壁,轴套端口部外壁设有内凹的环形槽,环形槽内嵌装半抱箍。所述半抱箍两边的外伸耳底平面处在内圆水平中线线之上一段距离,其差距h=2~4mm。
作为进一步改进方案,所述直连轴的轴套端套壁上设有一条槽宽C=2~5mm的纵向开口槽。
作为进一步改进方案,所述的轴套端口部外壁设有槽深b=3~6mm的环形凹槽。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、充分利用材料、结构的微量弹性变形能力及螺旋锁紧原理,达到束紧式直连轴易装易拆目的,并且连接精度高、连接可靠;
2、用螺栓锁紧的一对相合的半抱箍直接束住直连轴的轴套端,松紧调节便捷,极大地方便维修拆卸,完全避免发生破坏性拆卸问题,大大提高维修效率,节省维修成本,减少不必要的经济损失。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1所示的束紧式直连轴实施例,它是离心泵与配套电机外伸轴端的连接件。束紧式直连轴以直连轴为载体,在直连轴1的轴套端口部外壁设有一段环形凹槽,该环形凹槽内嵌装一对如图3所示的半抱箍2。本实施例因配套规格较小,锁紧力相应也较小,故制作的环形凹槽的内凹深度较浅,凹槽内凹深度b取值2.5mm就足以满足半抱箍2的嵌装要求。用螺栓3锁紧的一对相合半抱箍2嵌在环形凹槽中,起到束紧直连轴1的轴套端作用。本实用新型在直连轴1的轴套端套壁上设有一条如图1和图2所示的开口槽1.1,开口槽1.1纵向贯穿套壁,使轴套端内孔仍然保持圆形。本实施例轴套端内孔径仅30mm,故开口槽1.1的宽度C取值1.5mm。直连轴1的轴套端开设一条开口槽1.1自然减小一点径向刚性,而大大提升弹性变形能力,便于轴套端随半抱箍2的受压程度产生相应的微量弹性变形,旋松螺栓3便于配套电机外伸轴端插入,旋紧螺栓3迫使轴套端直接束紧内置的电机外伸轴端,实现同轴连接及联轴传动。所述半抱箍2为半圆环状构件,两边顺底平面设有外伸耳,一边外伸耳设有安装螺栓3的通孔,另一边设有安装螺栓3的螺孔。半抱箍2的内圆半径与直连轴1的轴套端外壁环形凹槽外径相等,为了便于一对相合的半抱箍2有效束紧直连轴1的轴套端,半抱箍2两边的外伸耳底平面处在内圆水平中心之上一段距离,本实施例该距离h取值1.2mm比较合适,既不减小半抱箍2的刚性及强度,又预留间隙便于调节束紧力。
本实用新型实际安装时,首先将配有螺栓3的一对相合半抱箍2嵌装到直连续轴1的环形凹槽中,初步旋入螺栓3,使半抱箍2处于松驰状态,这样可做到配套电机的轴端无障碍插入。然后旋紧螺栓3迫使半抱箍2束紧直连轴1的轴套端,设有开口槽1.1的轴套端受力后产生微量弹性变形而束紧内置的配套电机轴端,从而实现泵与配套电机同轴传动。运行之后一旦发生锈蚀或需维修保养时,只要旋松螺栓3,半抱箍2失去约束力,直连轴1的轴套端在弹性力作用下恢复初始状,便于配套电机的轴端轻松退出。本实用新型结构简单,技术效果十分明显,特别适合船用泵配套,可避免发生破坏性拆卸,大大提高维修效率,节省维修成本。

1.一种束紧式直连轴,它以直连轴(1)为载体,在直连轴(1)的轴套端外壁安装一对相合的抱箍(2),直接用螺栓(3)锁紧的半抱箍(2)束紧直连轴(1)的轴套端;所述半抱箍(2)为半圆环状构件,两边顺底平面设有外伸耳,一边外伸耳设有安装螺栓(3)的通孔,另一边设有安置螺栓(3)的螺孔;其特征在于:所述直连轴(1)的轴套端套壁上设有一条纵开口槽(1.1),开口槽(1.1)贯穿套壁,轴套端口部外壁设有内凹的环形槽,环形槽内嵌装半抱箍(2);所述半抱箍(2)两边的外伸耳底平面处在内圆水平中线线之上一段距离,其差距h=2~4mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的束紧式直连轴,其特征在于:所述直连轴(1)的轴套端套壁上设有一条槽宽C=2~5mm的纵向开口槽(1.1)。
