Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种轴件,具体地讲,本实用新型涉及一种用于两根同心轴连接的直连轴,特别是一种水泵与配套电机轴端相连的锁紧式直连轴。
背景技术
直连轴属于一种常用机械传动件,它结构简单、制作容易、安装方便、连接可靠,已广泛应用于水泵、风机、减速机、空压机等装置与配套电机的连接。传统的直连轴是轴端与轴套一体化结构,整体结构的轴套直接与配套电机的轴端套合。现实中,大多数直连轴位于装置与配套电机的结合部,长期处于外露状况。工程中为了避免直连轴表面积尘、积垢和生锈,要求定期给予必要的保养。但是,船舶配套环境特殊,特别是船用水泵安装位置通常在机舱之中,因所处位置空间小,管道密布,难以实施正常的保养。另一方面是大多数船用水泵的工作介质是海水,直连轴及配套电机的轴端易受海水腐蚀。一旦船用水泵或配套电机发生损坏,维修需要作分离性拆开,因传统直连轴为整体结构的轴套,一些应用期长,锈蚀严重的直连轴轴套与配套电机轴端粘结,用手工工具不能正常分离,只能采取破坏性拆卸,破坏性拆卸显然增加用户维修成本。对于船舶这种浮动载体,更换配件的及时性往往很差,易造成误工损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对传统结构的直连轴内置整体结构轴套的不足,特别是轴套与配套电机轴端锈蚀后难以拆卸的问题,提出一种同轴连接精度高、连接可靠、便于拆卸的锁紧式直连轴,该轴内置的轴套端具有径向微量变形能力和径向锁紧结构。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
锁紧式直连轴,它由一根直连轴和螺栓组成。所述直连轴小直径端设有外螺纹,大直径端设有轴向内孔。其改进之处在于:所述直连轴大直径端部外壁设有径向外凸的加强肋,轴向内孔壁设有沿中轴线开设有一条纵向开口槽,在开口槽两侧的加强肋端部设有用螺栓连接成的可调式锁紧结构。
作为进一步改进方案,所述直连轴大直径端部径向外凸的加强肋轴向截面为矩形。
作为进一步改进方案,所述直径端轴向内孔壁开设一条槽宽C=1~3mm的纵向开口槽。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:1、可调式结构简单、制作容易;2、在直连轴的轴向内孔壁上开设开口槽,可显著增加弹性变形能力,便于配套电机的轴端无障碍插入和抽出;3、用螺栓连接的可调式锁紧结构,松紧调节便捷,连接可靠。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
附图1所示的锁紧式直连轴实施例,它是离心泵与配套电机轴端的连接件。锁紧式直连轴由一根直连轴1和螺栓2共同组成。所述直连轴1小直径端设有外螺纹,大直径端内设轴向内孔,外设径向外凸的加强肋1.1,本实施例中的加强肋1.1轴向截面为矩形。直连轴1大直径端内设的轴向内孔用于安装配套电机的外伸轴端,为了便于配套电机的外伸轴端无障碍插入或抽出,本实用新型在轴向内孔壁设有沿中轴线开设一条纵向开口槽1.2。开口槽1.2使轴向通孔的刚性减弱一点,但显著增加了弹性变形能力,此结构便于配套电机外伸轴端插入或抽出。因实施例配套规格不大,开口槽1.2的宽度C取值1.5mm,此尺寸的开口槽1.2足以满足锁紧和放松调节的需求。本实用新型中的可调式结构设在以开口槽1.2两侧加强肋1.1端部,并且用螺栓2连接成一体,旋紧螺栓2实现轴向内孔收缩而锁紧配套电机外伸轴端,旋松螺栓2则失去对直连轴1大直径端的约束,在弹性力作用下轴向内孔恢复初始状态。此结构既便于离心泵与电机连接安装,也便于维修时作离心泵与电机的分离,即使连接部位发生严重锈蚀,这种开式连接结构也能轻松分开,不需作破坏性拆卸。
