本发明涉及一种接头,具体涉及一种用于管路与机器或两管路之间连接相通的管接头。
背景技术
常用的管接头通常包括位于中间的正六边形段、位于正六边形段两端的螺纹段和贯穿正六边形段和螺纹段的轴向通孔,通常在把管接头安装到机器上或从机器上拆卸时,人们要用扳手夹持住正六边形段的两对称的平行面上,当用力过大或用力过猛时,就会使正六边形段的棱角磨损,使扳手打滑,这时的管接头就不易安装或拆卸。
因此,有必要对现有的管接头的结构进行进一步改进,以克服上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种当正六边形段的棱角磨损后,还可以较方便的安装到机器上或从机器上拆卸下来的管接头。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种具有以下结构的管接头:包括位于中间的正六边形段、位于正六边形段两端的螺纹段以及贯穿正六边形段和螺纹段的轴向通孔,其中,正六边形段两端的螺纹段的端面上均设有正六边形凹孔。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的管接头具有以下优点:由于正六边形段两端的螺纹段的端面上均设有正六边形凹孔,因此,当正六边形段的棱角磨损后,还可以利用内六角扳手插入到正六边形凹孔内把管接头安装到机器上或从机器上拆卸下来。

如图1、图2所示,本发明优选的管接头,其包括位于中间的正六边形段1、位于正六边形段1两端的螺纹段2以及贯穿正六边形段1和螺纹段2的轴向通孔4,正六边形段1两端的螺纹段2的端面上均设有正六边形凹孔3。
如上所述,本发明的管接头的正六边形段两端的螺纹段的端面上均设有正六边形凹孔,因此,当正六边形段的棱角磨损后,还可以利用内六角扳手插入到正六边形凹孔内把管接头安装到机器上或从机器上拆卸下来。
