插入成型加固件及利用其的缓冲垫
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种插入成型加固件及利用其的缓冲垫,其通过对加固件进行插入成型,提高耐久性,并通过在进行加固件的插入成型时限定加固件的位置,使成型作业能够顺利进行。
背景技术
一般而言,缓冲垫(CRASHPAD)配置于驾驶席及副驾驶席的前方部位。缓冲垫在内部填充有聚氨酯发泡胶等发泡体,以使得在车辆发生碰撞事故时能够吸收冲击,从而保护乘车人。缓冲垫由芯部、外皮以及芯部与外皮之间的发泡体构成。缓冲垫的制作方法为,将普通外皮设置(SETTING)于发泡模具的下模,并将芯部设置于上模后,在打开上模或关闭上模和下模的状态下,向芯部和外皮之间注入聚氨酯等发泡液,从而发泡成型发泡体。
但是,在现有的缓冲垫制造方法中,根据芯部的注塑产品的模具角度,发泡层变厚,导致在消费者按压外皮及中控台(Centerfacia)周边时刚性弱,并且在施加上下晃动等外力时产生外皮与发泡体之间易分离的层分离现象。
作为一例,韩国授权专利公报第0666775号公开了“缓冲垫的制造方法”。
实用新型内容
(所要解决的技术问题)
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种插入成型加固件及利用其的缓冲垫,其通过对加固件进行插入成型,提高耐久性,并通过在进行加固件的插入成型时限定加固件的位置,使成型作业能够顺利进行。
(用于解决技术问题的手段)
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种插入成型加固件,其特征在于,包括:加固棒,其用于插入成型;以及插入设置构件,其在所述加固棒的外周隔开间隔设置多个。
另外,也可以是,所述加固棒为配置于外皮拐角的钢铁棒。
另外,也可以是,所述插入设置构件为聚氨酯(polyurethane;简称PU)泡沫。
另外,也可以是,所述插入设置构件为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(acrylonitrilebutadienestyrenecopolymers;简称ABS)或聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate;简称PC)。
另外,也可以是,所述插入设置构件插入结合于所述加固棒的外周。

以下,参照附图详细说明本实用新型的优选实施例。首先,需要注意的是,在对各附图的构成要素标注附图标记方面,关于相同的构成要素,即使在不同的附图上显示也尽可能标注相同的附图标记。另外,以下,将说明本实用新型的优选实施例,但本实用新型的技术构思并不限定或限制于此,所属技术领域的技术人员可通过变形来进行多种实施。
首先,说明本实用新型的实施例的插入成型加固件。
图1为本实用新型的优选一实施例的加固件的结构图。如图1所示,本实用新型的实施例的插入成型加固件100包括:插入成型并起到骨架作用的加固棒110;以及在加固棒110外周设置的多个插入设置构件120。
具体而言,加固棒110在插入成型时形成为配置于缓冲垫的外皮拐角231的弯曲形状。加固棒110构成骨架,在插入成型时能够大幅提高缓冲垫的耐久性。加固棒110的形状不受限制。例如,加固棒110可以为圆形、四边形、椭圆形等多种形态。加固棒110的规格不受特别的限制,但优选的是直径为4mm的钢铁环棒。
插入设置构件120在加固棒110外周隔开间隔设置。插入设置构件120可插入结合于加固棒110外周。插入设置构件120也可以一体成型加固棒110外周。
优选地,插入设置构件120为以能够坚固地紧密密结合于外皮拐角231的方式与外皮拐角231配合的形态。另外,插入设置构件120插入成型于在外皮230与芯部240之间形成的发泡体250,因此优选的是为与发泡体250相同的PC泡沫(Polycarbonatefoam;聚碳酸酯泡沫)。如图1所示,优选地,插入设置构件120位于加固棒110外周的起始部位、末端部位、拐角部位。优选地,插入设置构件120沿加固棒110的外周每80mm设置一个。
另一方面,插入设置构件120的材质除PC泡沫胶外,还可以为ABS或PC(Polycarbonate;聚碳酸酯)与ABS系原料的组合。使用PC系、ABS系作为插入设置构件120的材质是为了在聚氨酯发泡时使粘接容易形成。插入设置构件120不限定于特定材质,只要是注塑成型用原料,均可以。
以下,说明利用插入成型加固件的缓冲垫。
图2为示出图1的加固件的插入成型的状态的图。如图2所示,本实用新型的实施例的利用插入成型加固件的缓冲垫包括:设置于下模210的外皮230;在外皮230设置于下模的状态下设置于外皮拐角231并与外皮拐角231配合的加固件100;以及在设置于模具的外皮230与芯部240之间注入发泡液而成型的发泡体250。
具体而言,在模具中设置外皮230与芯部240时,首先将外皮230设置于下模210,然后将芯部240设置于与之相对的上模,或者相反地,首先将芯部240设置于上模,然后将外皮设置于相对的下模210。
在设置有外皮230与芯部240的状态下,将图1的加固件100设置于外皮拐角231。在设置加固件100时,由于插入设置构件120紧密地贴紧设置于外皮拐角231,因此能够顺利地进行加固件100的设置。另外,由于插入设置构件120的材质与发泡体250相同,因此能够容易地进行插入成型而无异质感。
设置于外皮拐角231的加固件100与图1相同,因此省略加固件100的具体结构的说明。设置于加固棒110外周的插入设置构件120的规格不受特别的限制,但优选的是内径为3.5mm至3.8mm。
另一方面,为了发泡体250的发泡成型,在设置于模具的外皮230与芯部240之间注入发泡液时,可封闭式(CLOSE)发泡或开放式(OPEN)发泡。封闭式发泡是在关闭上模和下模的状态下注入发泡液,开放式发泡是在打开上模的状态下注入发泡液。
图3为示出本实用新型的另一实施例的插入成型有磁体的下模的图。如图3所示,在本实用新型的另一实施例的利用插入成型加固件的缓冲垫中,与图2的加固件不同,设置于外皮拐角231的加固件100构成为受磁力影响的钢铁棒。
并且,磁体260插入成型于下模210的外皮拐角231周边部位。如此,在磁体插入成型于下模210的情况下,可通过磁体260的磁力限定设置于外皮拐角231的加固件100的位置,因此成型作业非常方便。在制作下模210时,可在下模210中插入成型一个或多个磁体260。
如上所述,根据本实用新型的实施例的插入成型加固件及利用其的缓冲垫,通过插入成型加固件,能够大幅提高耐久性。另外,在进行加固件的插入成型时,能够限定加固件的位置,从而能够顺利进行成型作业。

加固棒,其用于插入成型;以及
插入设置构件,其在所述加固棒的外周隔开间隔设置多个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插入成型加固件,其特征在于,
所述加固棒为配置于外皮拐角的钢铁棒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插入成型加固件,其特征在于,
所述插入设置构件为聚氨酯泡沫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插入成型加固件,其特征在于,
所述插入设置构件为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚碳酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的插入成型加固件,其特征在于,
所述插入设置构件插入结合于所述加固棒的外周。
6.根据权利要求1所述的插入成型加固件,其特征在于,
所述插入设置构件一体成型于所述加固棒的外周。
7.根据权利要求1所述的插入成型加固件,其特征在于,
所述插入设置构件为与发泡体相同的材质。
8.一种利用插入成型加固件的缓冲垫,其特征在于,包括:
外皮,其设置于下模;
加固件,其在所述外皮设置于模具的状态下,设置于外皮拐角,并与外皮拐角配合;以及
发泡体,其在加固件设置于所述外皮拐角的状态下,在设置于下模的外皮与设置于上模的芯部之间注入发泡液而成型,使加固件插入成型。
9.根据权利要求8所述的利用插入成型加固件的缓冲垫,其特征在于,
加固件设置于外皮拐角,所述加固件包括:加固棒;以及插入设置构件,其在所述加固棒的外周隔开间隔设置多个,
所述加固件为钢铁棒,
磁体插入成型于所述下模的外皮拐角的周边部位。
10.根据权利要求9所述的利用插入成型加固件的缓冲垫,其特征在于,
所述加固棒为配置于所述外皮拐角的钢铁棒,
所述插入设置构件为聚氨酯泡沫、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚碳酸酯,
所述插入设置构件插入结合于所述加固棒的外周或一体成型于所述加固棒的外周,
所述插入设置构件为与所述发泡体相同的材质。
