本实用新型涉及汽车零部件，尤其是涉及一种汽车前翼子板。
背景技术
汽车前翼子板在行人保护中，强度不能太强，否则会对行人造成伤害，不能满足法规要求；前翼子板作为外观件，与侧围，前门，引擎盖，前大灯都有密切配合关系，尽量采用安装结构，便于工厂生产时对外观间隙面差进行调整。目前，现有的前翼子板，基本都是采用冲压件焊接而成，工艺复杂，制作成本高，装配效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种强度高、装配效率高的汽车前翼子板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的汽车前翼子板，包括翼子板本体；在所述翼子板本体中部设置有弧形加强板，在翼子板本体后顶部与汽车A柱贴合处设置有粘接胶条；在翼子板本体后部一侧设置有安装支架。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单、强度高，装配简单。翼子板本体中部补弧形加强板，加强其强度；翼子板本体与A柱通过粘接的方式连接在一起，替代冲压安装支架，即保证配合面差，也可达到轻量化设计目的。
