技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气液分离设备,尤其是一种除雾器模块的屋脊式安装结构。
背景技术
除雾器广泛应用于分离塔中气体夹带的液滴,可有效去除气体中的雾滴。由于除雾器在分离气液的同时,其液滴中的杂质会吸附在除雾器叶片上,因此需要增加冲洗装置,将吸附在除雾器叶片上的杂质冲掉,现有的除雾器采用从除雾器上端或下端喷水的方式对除雾器叶片进行冲洗,除雾器叶片为不规则的弧形板,叶片板排列成屋脊式结构,叶片板由水平排列的每片叶片的上部与下部通过定位板固定。
如CN201420186417是本申请人的一件专利,涉及一种高效氨法脱硫专用除雾器,包括除雾器模块、冲洗水管。除雾器模块是叶片制成叶片板,叶片板排列整体固定成一个个模块。模块搭建成屋脊式结构,叶片板由水平排列的每片叶片的上部与下部通过定位板固定,叶片与叶片之间是除雾气流的通道,叶片横截面的形状是波浪或V型。由叶片之间通过定位板将其固定(上部和下部均固定),然后再和叶片焊接到一起构成除雾器模块,保证定位板不会脱落,同时也增大除雾器的承载能力。
模块的屋脊式安装结构要保证在气流下的整体性和强度,并保证安装时的方便。屋脊式安装结构其横截面为三角形,所述除雾器叶片模块至少设置在冲洗水管道的一侧或对称设置在其两侧,并与冲洗水管道的安装结构连接,所述喷嘴设置在冲洗水管道与除雾器叶片连接的侧壁上。
叶片板排列成屋脊式结构支承在塔体内,要保证耐受水流的冲击。叶片板即折流板片需要进行固定,结构件需要耐受一定的温度和承受折流板片的承重与变形,才能保证结构复杂的折流板在在气流流过且摆动过程中,气流的流动方向发生改变时仍有较好的除雾效果,不会形成过滤缺口。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种提高除雾效果,结构简明、固定效果好且质轻的除雾器模块的屋脊式安装结构,用于安装折流板片模块即除雾器模块。使折流板片排列成屋脊式结构。
为了实现该目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:除雾器模块的屋脊式安装结构,包括若干叠在平行矩形支撑的三角形桁架,三角形桁架的下部宽度和矩形支撑宽度相同,相邻的三角形桁架之间通过若干平行的连接横樑连接,连接横樑设有五条,即矩形支撑的四个角部和三角形桁架的顶角部位。
进一步,矩形支撑的四个角部和三角形桁架的顶角部位的连接横樑部位均开设矩形槽口,用于固定连接横樑。
有益效果,本实用新型技术方案具有以下特点:模块的屋脊式安装结构保证在气流下的整体性和强度,并保证安装时的方便。而且安装结构的材料节省。屋脊式安装结构其横截面为三角形,所述除雾器叶片模块安装在屋脊式安装结构两侧;能提高除雾效果,结构简明、用于固定折流板片使除雾器模块的整体性更好。各种气流下均能够保证工作除雾器的正常工作。

如图所示,除雾器模块的屋脊式安装结构,设有若干叠在矩形支撑4的三角形桁架2,三角形桁架的下部宽度和矩形宽度相同,相邻的矩形支撑的三角形桁架之间通过连接横樑连接,连接横樑设有五条,即矩形支撑的四个角部和三角形桁架的顶角部位。矩形支撑内部设有交叉筋5,固定并支撑矩形支撑。矩形支撑的整体性更好,不会变形。
矩形支撑的四个角部和三角形桁架的顶角部位的连接横樑部位均开设矩形槽口1、3、6,用于固定连接横樑。三角形桁架的顶角部位,连接横樑上可以设有卡口,可以在槽口部位固定。

2.根据权利要求1所述的除雾器模块的屋脊式安装结构,其特征是矩形支撑的四个角部和三角形桁架的顶角部位的连接横樑部位均开设矩形槽口,用于固定连接横樑。
