技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气液分离设备的部件,尤其是一种除雾器的部件。
背景技术
除雾器广泛应用于分离塔中气体夹带的液滴,可有效去除气体中的雾滴。由于除雾器在分离气液的同时,其液滴中的杂质会吸附在除雾器叶片上,因此需要增加冲洗装置,将吸附在除雾器叶片上的杂质冲掉。现有的除雾器采用从除雾器上端或下端喷水的方式对除雾器叶片进行冲洗,除雾器叶片为不规则的弧形板,叶片板排列成屋脊式结构,叶片板由水平排列的每片叶片的上部与下部通过定位板固定。
如CN201420186417是本申请人的一件专利,涉及一种高效氨法脱硫专用除雾器,包括除雾器模块、叶片、冲洗水管。除雾器模块是叶片制成叶片板,叶片板排列成屋脊式结构,叶片板由水平排列的每片叶片的上部与下部通过定位板固定,叶片与叶片之间是除雾气流的通道,叶片横截面的形状是波浪或V型。叶片之间通过定位板将其固定(上部和下部均固定),然后再和叶片焊接到一起,保证定位板不会脱落,同时也增大除雾器的承载能力。
叶片板排列成屋脊式结构支承在塔体内,要保证耐受水流的冲击。叶片板即折流板片需要进行固定,结构件需要耐受一定的温度和承受折流板片的承重与变形,才能保证结构复杂的折流板在在气流流过且摆动过程中,气流的流动方向发生改变时仍有较好的除雾效果,不会形成除雾过滤的缺口。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种提高除雾效果,结构简明、固定效果好且质轻的除雾器部件,用于固定折流板片。
为了实现该目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种除雾器固定件,其特征是包括一个长条状板,长条状板上均匀分布折流板嵌入的槽,槽与槽之间的垫块上是挖空的,而且槽上设有缺口。
所述槽的上边与下边均设有一个缺口,缺口用于嵌入折流板的边缘。
所述长条状板厚度为4-10mm,缺口的宽度为4-10mm。
本实用新型用于除雾器模块中,模块中叶片制成叶片板,叶片板排列成屋脊式结构,叶片板由水平排列的每片叶片的上部与下部通过定位板固定,叶片与叶片之间是除雾气流的通道,叶片横截面的形状是波浪或V型。本实用新型固定件在折流板的中间对折流板进行固定。槽与槽之间的垫块上是挖空的可以增加固定件的弹性,使折流板在气流作用下仍有极好的均匀气隙,保证除雾器本体的正常工作。
进一步,所述用于嵌入折流板的缺口是三角形,用于固定折流板片。若干固定的折流板片构成一个个除雾器模块。
有益效果,本实用新型技术方案具有以下特点:固定折流板片的遮挡面积小,能提高除雾模块的除雾效果,结构简明、固定效果好且质轻的除雾器模块,用于固定折流板片使除雾器模块的整体性更好。各种气流下均能够保证工作除雾器的正常工作。

具体实施方式
如图所示,除雾器固定件,设有一个长条状板1,长条状板上均匀分布折流板嵌入的槽3,槽与槽之间的垫块2是矩形,此矩形上是挖空的结构4(挖成一个矩形的结构),而且槽的上边与下边均设有一个缺口5、6,缺口用于嵌入折流板的边缘。本实用新型固定件在折流板的中间对折流板进行固定。槽的下边边缘的缺口6是三角形,槽与槽之间的垫块上是挖空的可以增加固定件的弹性,使折流板在气流作用下仍有极好的均匀气隙,保证除雾器本体的正常工作。
尤其是长条状板厚度为5-6mm,缺口的宽度为6-8mm。采用PP或PE注塑成型。
本实用新型的除雾器固定件是通过注塑材料制备,具有低的成本和形状的一致性。
本实用新型的实施例并不是限定本实用新型。有限的修改和变化对于本领域的普通技术人员而言是显而易见的,并没有超出本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

1.一种除雾器固定件,其特征是包括一个长条状板,长条状板上均匀分布折流板嵌入的槽,槽与槽之间的垫块上是挖空的,而且槽上设有缺口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除雾器固定件,其特征是所述槽的上边与下边均设有一个缺口,缺口用于嵌入折流板的边缘。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除雾器固定件,其特征是长条状板厚度为4-10mm,缺口的宽度为4-10mm。
