粉碎机是对机械物料进行筛选粉碎的机器，其主要工作原理是利用齿轮或者磨盘对物料进行打击和磨碎，使得粉碎后的物料能够满足机械设备的要求，然而，现有的粉碎机大部分都是对于大体积的物料进行一级粉碎，虽然在理论上对物料进行了粉碎，但粉碎后的物料体积仍然很大，其硬度也比小颗粒的硬度高，当机器对这些物料进行粉碎时，就很容易对机器本身造成损坏，降低了粉碎机的使用寿命；因此，提供一种设计合理，使用方便，能够对物料进行深度粉碎的物料二级粉碎筛选装置是非常必要的。
