技术领域本实用新型涉及一种充电结构,尤其是电动汽车充电站内采用悬挂式的充电结构。
背景技术随着电动汽车的逐步应用和普及,越来越多的电动汽车需要到充电站进行充电。在充电站里面,绝大多数是采用充电桩为电动汽车提供充电服务。但是,这种充电桩本身占据比较多的空间。
另外,升降器广泛用于于灯具行业、视频会议系统、电视会议系统、金融分析系统及试听行业等领域,其结构主要包括外壳、动力卷收部分、连接部分、升降滑轮、定位轮、电源连接、钢丝升降绳和遥控器。升降器采用同步轨道升降原理,具有重量轻、无噪音、结构紧凑、安装方便、使用灵活和不占用地面空间的特点。
中国专利CN103023115A号所公开的“一种交流充电桩”专利(申请号:201210560293.X),包括主MCU单元,且该主MCU单元通过总数据线分布连接有读卡单元、充电回路单元、输入单元、显示单元、计量单元、电磁仓单元、语音引导单元、备用电源单元、防雷漏电单元、通讯单元、倾角检测单元,所述读卡单元、充电回路单元、输入单元、显示单元、计量单元、电磁仓单元、语音引导单元、备用电源单元、防雷漏电单元、通讯单元、倾角检测单元分别与主MCU单元连接,所述的显示单元包括操作显示模块和设备状态显示模块。这项专利的不足之处在于:占用充电站地面空间。
发明内容本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种电动汽车充电站悬挂式充电结构,解决充电桩占用充电站空间的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供的电动汽车充电站悬挂式充电结构具有钢架、升降器、电源端插头、弹簧、电缆线、汽车端充电插头和遥控器,其中,所述钢架安置在充电站上方;所述升降器固定在钢架上;所述弹簧的上端固定在升降器下端,弹簧的下端固定汽车端充电插头;所述电缆线安置在钢架、升降器和弹簧上,电缆线连接电源端插头和汽车端充电插头。当本实用新型使用时,通过遥控器控制升降器的下降,将弹簧下端的汽车端充电插头接入电动汽车即可进行充电;充电完毕后通过遥控器控制升降器的上升,完成充电过程。
本实用新型提供的电动汽车充电站悬挂式充电结构具有积极的效果:所述钢架安置在充电站上方,所述升降器固定在钢架上,不占用充电站地面空间;通过遥控器控制升降器的升降来完成充电过程,操作简便。

具体实施方式本实用新型提供的电动汽车充电站悬挂式充电结构具有钢架5、升降器2、电源端插头、弹簧3、电缆线、汽车端充电插头4和遥控器,其中,所述钢架5安置在充电站1上方;所述升降器2固定在钢架5上;所述弹簧3的上端固定在升降器2下端,弹簧3的固定连接汽车端充电插头4;所述电缆线安置在钢架5、升降器2和弹簧3上,电缆线连接电源端插头和汽车端充电插头4。当本实用新型使用时,通过遥控器控制升降器2的下降,将弹簧3下端的汽车端充电插头4接入电动汽车6即可进行充电;充电完毕后通过遥控器控制升降器2的上升,完成充电过程。
