技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于为电动汽车充电的充电插座,具有用于充电插座与车辆之间通信的部件。
背景技术
主要的汽车制造厂商和能源集团已经在用于电动汽车的共用的车辆-插塞连接器和与此相对应的电联接器(electrische Kupplung)方面取得了统一(工业标准),由此车辆所有者能够在全世界范围对其电动汽车的蓄电池进行充电。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,给出一种用于为电动汽车充电的充电插座,具有扩展的应用可能性。
该目的根据本发明通过一种用于通过充电插座的输入-接线端(Eingangs-Anschlussklemmen)与要充电的车辆的电联接器之间延伸的充电电缆为电动汽车充电的充电插座来实现,该充电插座具有用于充电插座与车辆之间数据通信的部件,其中该部件包括配属于充电插座的分析-/处理单元(7),包含连接到其上的显示-/输入单元;以及与电联接器电连接的、带有分析-/处理单元的车辆-计算机,并且通信的数据的信号转换相应地在分析-/处理单元中进行。
利用本发明获得的优点尤其在于,感兴趣数据、如车辆的消耗数据和/或性能数据、当前的充电电流、充电过程的结束等优选地能够在充电插座附近的通信-结构单元中显示或直接在充电插座中显示。此外,可以将期望的数据、如导航目的地或电话本条目传输给车辆。
本发明的适宜的设计方案在从属权利要求中表征。
因此对于“电缆连接的”传输的备选是,数据通信可以通过充电电缆进行,并且也可以通过在包含天线的配属于充电插座的无线电单元与车辆的包含天线的无线电单元之间的无线电传输进行。
对于具有外部设备的数据通信来说,USB插头(USB-Stecker)可以与充电插座的显示-/输入单元处于电连接。

具体实施方式
所提出的充电插座不仅适合于暗装结构,也适合于墙壁固定、柱固定和地面固定。在此重要的是实现充电插座与为了对其蓄电池进行充电而连接到其上的车辆之间的数据通信的部件,下面更详细地描述各个实施方式。
在图1中示出了暗装结构中的充电插座与连接到其上的车辆的示意图,其中在车辆与充电插座之间的数据通信可通过充电电缆实现,。可看到墙壁38(例如车库或停车场的墙壁),带有安装在其中的两个暗装插座11,18(市场上常见的UP-设备插座(UP-Geraetedose),由塑料制成,直径60mm),

车辆的蓄电池通过整流器连接到电联接器上。蓄电池自身的充电优选地以被调整的方式和方法通过相应的控制-/调整装置进行,该装置构造成单独的设备的形式或者可以是车辆计算机的部分组件。如果例如应用锂离子蓄电池,则因此首先以恒定的起始电流进行充电。如果蓄电池达到定义的电池电压,则该电流被保持,直至充电电流几乎回落至零。当充电电流达到起始电流的定义的、非常低的值或者不再继续下降时,则充电被结束。相应地,特征曲线可以离线地生成并且存储在控制-/调整装置中或车辆计算机中。参照该特征曲线和当前检测的电压-和电流值,可以在充电过程期间计算出蓄电池的当前的充电状态、剩余充电时间和预估的充电结束的时间点。当然可以参照在充电过程期间检测的电流-和电压值,为了结算的目的也计算出变成对于充电是必需的功率。
在图2和3中示出了暗装结构中的与通信-结构单元组合的充电插座的不同的前视图。分别可以看到充电插座1、带有显示-/输入单元14的通信-结构单元13以及覆盖框架10。此外,在根据图3的实施方式中除了显示-/输入单元14之外还在通信-结构单元13的中央盘片9中集成了USB插接件(Steckanschluss)15。由此例如可以实现与外部的计算机或PC的数据交换,以便例如将某些数据显示在单独的显示器上或者将导航目的地/路由/电话本条目输送至车辆计算机33。
在图4中示出了暗装结构中的充电插座与连接到其上的车辆的示意图,其中在车辆与充电插座之间的数据通信可通过无线电连接实现。在这个备选实施方式中,在图1中说明的、通过充电电缆实现的数据传输由包含所配属的天线17的通信-结构单元13的无线电单元16与包含所配属的天线36的车辆31的无线电单元35之间的无线电-数据传输所代替。
相应地,无线电单元16和分析-/处理单元7布置在通信-结构单元13中并且与显示-/输入单元14连接。天线17可以集成在中央盘片9或覆盖框架10中。在充电插座1中,插座-设备基座5的电接触部直接与输入-连接端6连接。在分析-/处理单元7与显示-/输入单元14之间的电缆连接可以取消。在车辆31中,无线电单元35与车辆计算机33连接。在图1中说明的充电插座与车辆之间的数据通信和相反的可能性,当然也适合于根据图4的实施方式。
在图5中示出了在应用具有电缆卷绕装置的、用于墙壁-或柱-或地面固定的充电插座的情况下对于图1和2的一个备选实施方式。例如安装在墙壁38上的充电插座2在其壳体24的内腔中具有自动的电缆卷绕装置25,该装置带有可卷绕在其上的或可从其上卷下的充电电缆26,该充电电缆通过电缆-导引装置27从壳体24中引出并且在末端侧具有第二车辆-插塞连接器22(电的输出-连接)。
自动的电缆卷绕装置25利用其另外的末端通过电缆28与分析-/处理单元7连接,该单元建立与输入-连接端6的连接并进而建立与连接电缆39的连接。分析-/处理单元7与在壳体24的正面上可访问的显示-/输入单元14连接。
在图6中示出了在应用具有螺旋形电缆的、用于墙壁-或地面固定的充电插座的情况下对于图1和2的一个备选实施方式。在该充电插座3中,自动的电缆卷绕装置25由螺旋形电缆29所代替,该电缆在壳体24的内部里处于“静止状态”,在该状态中车辆未被充电,以及该电缆可通过电缆-导引装置27从壳体24中拉出,以便这样来实现将第二车辆-插塞连接器22连接(电的输出-连接)到车辆31的相对应的联接器32上。用作充电电缆的螺旋形电缆29的另外的末端与分析-/处理单元7连接,该单元建立与输入-连接端6的连接并进而建立与连接电缆39的连接。分析-/处理单元7与在壳体24的正面上可访问的显示-/输入单元14连接。

Claims (9)

1.一种充电插座(1,2,3),用于通过在所述充电插座的输入-连接端(6)与要充电的车辆(31)的电联接器(32)之间延伸的充电电缆(21,26,29)为电动汽车充电,所述充电插座具有用于在充电插座与车辆之间进行数据通信的部件,其中所述部件具有:配属于所述充电插座(1,2,3)的分析-/处理单元(7),包含连接到其上的显示-/输入单元(14);以及与所述电联接器(32)电连接的、带有分析-/处理单元的车辆-计算机(33),并且通信的数据的信号转换分别在所述分析-/处理单元中进行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电插座(1,2,3),其特征在于通过所述充电电缆(21,26,29)传输所述通信的数据。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电插座(1,2,3),其特征在于在配属于所述充电插座(1,2,3)的、包含天线(17)的无线电单元(16)与包含所述车辆(31)的天线(36)的无线电单元(35)之间所述通信的数据的无线电传输。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的充电插座(1,2,3),其特征在于,USB插头(15)与所述显示-/输入单元(14)处于电连接。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的充电插座(1),其特征在于插座-设备基座(5)作为电的输出-连接以用于导入充电电缆(21)的插塞连接器(20)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的充电插座(1),其特征在于不仅所述充电插座(1)的而且所述显示-/输入单元(14)的暗装结构。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的充电插座(2,3),其特征在于位于所述充电插座(2,3)的壳体(24)之内的并且根据需要可从所述壳体中拉出的充电电缆(26,29),包含作为电的输出-连接的末端侧插塞连接器(22)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的充电插座(2),其特征在于所述充电电缆(26)的自动的电缆卷绕装置(25)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的充电插座(3),其特征在于作为充电电缆的螺旋形电缆(29)。
