本实用新型公开了一种利用余热预热空气的炉灶,包括有炉膛,其特征在于:所述炉膛为全向下排气的炉膛,排气口位于炉膛底部,排气口通过排气管与换热器相连。本实用新型将炉膛排放的高温烟气送往换热器与室温空气换热后排放,加热后的室温空气进入炉头燃烧,减少了厨房废气污染和热污染,综合热效率可达55以上,远高于国家一级标准,同时结构简单,安装维修方便。

本实用新型涉及燃气灶具,特别是利用余热预热空气助燃的燃气灶具。
背景技术
现有的燃气灶一般为室温空气助燃,而大负荷小锅底的现实导致换热不充分,热量省失严重,现在的国家标准为大锅灶45,中炒灶25,实际使用的大部分炉灶还达不到国家标准。中国专利2013204611973.6公开的一种燃气灶换热助燃装置,其本质就是利用一个同心换热器预热空气助燃,其热效率可达50左右,但实际制造加工复杂,费材费工。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对背景技术的缺点和问题,加以改进和创新,提供一种高效节能,制造简单的燃气灶具。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种利用余热预热空气的炉灶,包括有炉膛,其特征在于:所述炉膛为全向下排气的炉膛,排气口位于炉膛底部,排气口通过排气管与换热器相连。
所述换热器为列管换热器。
所述换热器设置在炉灶背板中部或炉膛后的面板下部。
本实用新型将炉膛排放的高温烟气送往换热器与室温空气换热后排放,加热后的室温空气进入炉头燃烧,减少了厨房废气污染和热污染,综合热效率可达55以上,远高于国家一级标准,同时结构简单,安装维修方便。

由图1可知,本实用新型包括有炉膛,所述炉膛为全向下排气的炉膛,排气口位于炉膛底部,排气口通过排气管与换热器相连。所述换热器为列管换热器。换热器设置在炉灶背板中部。
