Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种热交换节能灶,主要由进气口(1)、进气管(2)、气体热交换器(3)、风扇(4)、气体热交换器进气口(5)、气体热交换器出气口(6)、出气管(7)、出气口(8)、烟道(9)、燃烧室(10)组成。当把锅放在灶上后,灶就被封闭起来了,燃烧后的气体主要通过烟道(9)汇聚后从出气管(7)排出,然后进入气体热交换器(3)与从气体热交换器进气口(5)进入的空气进行热交换,热交换后的出气通过气体热交换器出气口(6)排出,热交换后的进气通过进气管(2)进入燃烧室,气体热交换器进气口(5)中装有风扇(4),风扇(4)的作用是将空气吹入气体热交换器(3)。这种热交换节能灶能把部分不能被锅吸收的余热传递到进气,使进气的温度升高,从而达到节能的效果

技术背景:现有的燃气灶对灶具产生的热能没有充分利用,热能丢失严重,达不到真正节能的目的。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以利用燃烧后气体的余热传递给进气的灶具,达到节能的目的。
本实用新型的构成:由进气口、进气管、出气口、出气管、气体热交换器、燃烧室、风扇、烟道组成,在燃烧室7的上面一圈是烟道9,烟道9旁边有出气口8,出气口8和出气管7相连,燃烧室10底部有进气口1,进气口1和进气管2相连,出气管7和进气管2都和气体热交换器3相连,气体热交换器3旁有气体热交换器出气口6和气体热交换器进气口5,气体热交换器进气口5中装有风扇4
与现有技术比较,本实用新型具有以下特点:
节能;出气的余热部分被进气吸收,被循环利用,从而达到了节能的效果。
卫生;燃烧后的气体可以通过气体热交换器出气口直接排到室外。

如图1所示,烟道9在燃烧室10的上部,烟道9与出气管7相连,进气口1在燃烧室10的低部,进气管2和出气管7与气体热交换器3相连,气体热交换器3旁有气体热交换器出气口6和气体热交换器进气口5,气体热交换器进气口5装有风扇4。
